Erik’s programming is always well planned and thought out to focus on specific muscle groups. This workout focused on glutes and hamstrings. The focus on proper form and progressive overload ensures steady strength gains and muscle growth. Erik continues to motivate you throughout the workout and is attentive to making any corrections necessary to your form.

Great work out we hit every part of the body and I couldn’t believe the burn I was getting without feeling like I was killing myself ! Best part I felt comfortable trying new exercises

The class was great. It was a good full body workout with positive motivation and guidance the entire time. Went at my own pace and was able to push harder and definitely felt all the movements were effective and could feel them in the targeted muscle.
