I love how she explains the workout and how to modify things. I really like diving deeper into how to always make things better or to tweak them into perfection, and Daizsha is very helpful with that! Also great insight on where, how, and when to push yourself a little bit more!

Dex is truly the best Crossfit coach I've ever experienced. His knowledge of kinesiology is exceptional. He's quick to make adjustments to my form throughout class which I very much appreciate. He also keeps a consistently high energy level during the workout. Most importantly, he has the rare ability to connect to people on all levels whether they're beginners, intermediates or elites. I don't easily give this level of praise but in this case it's warranted.

Reese did great today (and everyday)! I was late because of a train but instead of feeling rushed when I walked through the door, he was patient and compassionate which helped me get up to speed like my other classmates quickly. They provide a great structure, cues, and laughs at CFTW. I always feel ready to attack my day after a morning session with them! 💜

She’s the best coach ever! Super helpful and encouraging, very knowledgeable and pushes you but at your own pace, I felt like I was going to pass out during one of the workouts and she toned it down for me and told me to sit, I was able to recover and get back in it. Give her a raise please.

She’s thoroughly and detailed in how she explains and demonstrates every movement, gives alternatives depending on where you’re at in your journey, reminds you if your form needs a little adjusting, and is generally an absolutely joy to be in class with.
