I love Lana! She always notices when my form starts to slip and gently corrects me, which helps prevent injury and makes the workouts more effective!!!

What was the highlight of today's workout? Being welcomed with open arms as soon as I walked in, greeted by friendly smiles from both members and Lana, the coach. Lana made a point to check in right away, asking how I was feeling and offering encouragement throughout the session. The support didn’t stop there - other members cheered me on during the tougher parts, creating a motivating and positive energy in the room. It was great to be back after some time away, feeling that sense of community and knowing I wasn’t doing this alone. I’m so excited to keep coming back to CrossFit Chateau - Woodinville, WA and see where this journey takes me.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great workout today at Hidden Valley. The Build and Burn workout was challenging but fun. Coach Ruby has clear instruction and demonstrations. Shes very knowledgeable of her craft, explaining the purpose/goal of each exercise and is able to recognize/suggest modified movements if needed. Coach Ruby keeps everyone motivated and moving with good form. I left feeling accomplished.

He is a very good coach very positive and always explains the exercises if we are confused and cares for each person in the gym! He is a great coach and I feel like I’ve elevated my game and strength since going!

It's a great atmosphere with very friendly people. The coaches not only show you what to do, they can explain to you the purpose of each exercise and what muscle groups you're working. They are very accommodating to every skill level, every level of fitness, and even disabilities or injuries. I walked in there a true beginner, and made visible progress.
