It was my 1st time doing crossfit. It was a quick class that kept you focused on the workout. Erin was helpful with technique. I would suggest a change of music to hard rock.
Paulina is amazing! Every time I leave her class at Aurum Pilates, I feel like I’m leaving a little bit better than when I arrived. The way she guides each movement makes the workout feel both challenging and achievable. I always feel safe and comfortable during the session. If there’s a movement I can’t do, she’s very understanding and carefully scales the exercise to match my ability, never making me feel left behind. Her attention to how my body feels in the moment helps me progress without pressure. I always leave Aurum Pilates feeling happy, energized, and confident that I’m improving.

Billy makes every workout at CrossFit Nashua more fun and motivating by personalizing the sessions to fit your needs. He checks in regularly and modifies exercises when necessary to keep things challenging but doable. His positive attitude and encouragement help push you through tough spots without feeling overwhelmed. Overall, his approach keeps you engaged and looking forward to each workout.
Rocco continues to observe and give instruction and encouragement throughout the session. No matter how big or small the class size, Rocco continues to make the session work. Thanks Rocco Keep up the good work.
Jennifer had great energy and organization for class today, especially with the big group! She was engaging and walked around giving encouragement and technical cues. My only suggestion of how it could have been better was more demonstrations for the toes to bar skill and the scaling options (vs just talking through them verbally) particularly for those that are still working on getting or perfecting that movement.

I attended both the Performance and Strength and Conditioning classes at 540 Fitness after coming back from my trip abroad. I missed this place not only for the workouts but also for the 540 Fitness members. They have truly become my second family, and that connection motivates me to keep pushing myself to become the best athlete version of myself. At the same time, it inspires me to encourage others to reach their achievable fitness levels at the gym. Coach Jessica always makes the workouts fun and challenging; her energy fills the room and keeps everyone engaged. Meanwhile, Coach Jerod carefully develops the programming, balancing intensity and variety so each session feels fresh and purposeful. Today, Jessica coached me to do the full movements of the burpees because she knows I want to be a full-time performance athlete. She pays close attention to my form, offering guidance and encouragement every step of the way. Jess not only cares deeply for me but also for every single person who walks through the doors at 540 Fitness. It is so great to be back with everyone again.

Carly is an amazing coach; she creates such a fun and supportive environment. She knows when to push someone to get stronger or when they need encouragement. I always look forward to her classes due to her positive energy and great knowledge base. I feel lucky to get to learn from her and know that I am not alone, as everyone else also loves being coached by her!
Gabe is an excellent kickboxing instructor. He's extremely skilled and knowledgeable. His classes are not just cardio kicking and punching, but focus on proper technique, form, and real skill development without getting injured. He explains movements clearly, gives great feedback, and makes every workout feel purposeful. I highly recommend his classes if you want a workout, learn something new, get stronger, and have fun.
