Great class! The one on one coaching and reminders on form and posture are very helpful. The new exercises were challenging and targeted muscles in a new way. I liked the amount of time/repetition at each station. My partners were good as well.

Enjoyed the format of 6 min amrap, 45 seconds or so rest (maybe a full minute would be better, to accommodate where you're setting up for your next station, etc).
