Nikki brings a great energy to the gym everyday. Her workouts are challenging and she often adds unique exercises to keep things fun and interesting (who knew I can do a wall-walking hand-stand?). Tracy did great on saturday - well organized, clearly communicated both verbally and written on the board, 7 minutes for active stretching at the end, lots of technique correction and diversity of exercises.

Sue is always clear in her directions and works hard to adapt movement if needed. She is knowledgeable and professional and yet somehow makes sweat and hard work fun. Very, highly recommended as a trainer/instructor.

The bootcamp class with Nikki was challenging, yet fun! Nikki was kind enough to insist on my partner cycling during class to help recover from an injury even though he was not a member. You definitely feel very included and supported at this gym.

Great class! Motivating and I enjoyed how many stations were set up so that it didn’t seem too repetitive. Everyone was welcoming, which is important when attending a class at a new gym. Only recommendation I would have is to wipe all of the dumbbells off after each class or between users.

Enjoyed the format of 6 min amrap, 45 seconds or so rest (maybe a full minute would be better, to accommodate where you're setting up for your next station, etc).
