Coach Marita is great! She actively watches us and provides feedback, by commenting on one area of improvement at a time (so it's digestible). During WODs, she frequently reminds us to fix our forms, when we get fatigued and lift sloppy.

I really enjoyed working out under Coach Marita! She offers a great variety of workout options that are suitable for all fitness levels, which makes everyone feel included and challenged at their own pace. Hi! I can only select Jamie as my coach but I had Ben for the class. He was really great! My friend and I were new and he went out of his way to make sure we knew what we were doing and doing it correctly. He also let us know what the modifications were if we needed it since it was our first class. Great vibes and such a friendly group!
