Great job explaining the scaling possibilities for everyone. With the large class today and some newer faces so I felt like even though it took extra time at the beginning to explain everything it was worth her efforts. Our class seemed to be pacing together nicely through Black Cat with many different fitness levels and movement options.
Starting at a new gym is intimidating. New people, different coaches, and workouts format. It can make a person feel uncomfortable. Coach Noosh was extremely helpful from the start. Introduced me to the class then into a quick and thorough breakdown of the workout. During the warm up she checked if I had any questions or needed to change any movements for the workout. It was a good experience. Felt like I was part of the regular class although I’ve only been there two days. Thanks coach
Coach James made us feel welcome today returning to the gym after taking a few months off. He reminded us of our options, demonstrated some of the more challenging movements and led a fun and motivating class. Excited to be back.

Great equipment and detailed workouts! Wide selection of modifications as well. I felt that they truly wanted to help me better myself and obtain my goals! From the general positive culture of the crew/members and the driven results shared.. I feel its a direct correlation to to Ryan's coaching techniques & support.
Coach Erika is a total stud. She runs a tight class. Lots of structure and feedback to participants. Lots of rhythm in her classes moving you from the warm up , strength and conditioning pieces.
Great instructions. Checked with everyone before each section of the workout to make sure all was good.
I love coming to the gym and seeing Mischka there as a coach! She is always encouraging and supportive! She ain’t afraid to push me to go hard as she knows what each of us are capable of! She is always a cheerleader for everyone! When accommodations are needed she is always helpful to find the best fit for us! I appreciate her!!
Erika always gives just the right amount of clear and concise instruction and examples to help me feel confident about doing an exercise even when it’s something I haven’t yet mastered. She gives me feedback that helps me improve one step at a time and meets me where I am. Her classes always have a nice vibe that feels encouraging, challenging and fun!

Mischka is so personable. I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in the door. As a newbie, I appreciate Mischka’s guidance as I learn the various moves. She does a great job of providing direction and support.

I really appreciate how encouraging she is and keeps me motivated and confident to push further. She makes me want to get up early and get to the gym! Highly recommend!

Everyday I drag myself out of bed at 4AM to go to class at 5. The reason being is because of coach James Puckett. My friends make fun of me for my workouts but I tell them I’m strong enough now that I can pin them down and take what I want. This is because of James Puckett.
He gave great instructions and options for everything we did! He made sure that everyone was safe and gave encouragement to all Thank you!
Erika is a very knowledgeable trainer. She takes the time to understand my goals and develops a comprehensive plan to help me achieve them. She's able to thoroughly explain and demonstrate each movement.
Derek gives great individualized instruction and guidance pertaining to each person in class. He also points out when I’m going to “too easy” and pushes me to challenge myself, which I fully appreciate!

I took the 6:15 class with Erika Dvorak and had a great experience. She was super cool, informative, and genuinely helpful throughout the workout. From the moment I walked in she made me feel welcomed and comfortable she introduced herself right away and brought really good energy to the class. Her coaching style was clear and encouraging, and she made sure to give tips and guidance without it ever feeling overwhelming. Overall just a really solid vibe and a great start to the day!

Nick is always patient in explaining the different movements, in particular, the squat clean, front squat and push jerk. He observes and provides correction in a positive manner, to avoid injury and increase strength. I feel encouraged and motivated, which makes me want to keep coming back and pushing through those tough workouts and improving. The workouts are therapeutic in so many ways and I would encourage young and old to try it out!
I love the structure of the class setting! It’s always nice to have friends & great coachs to motivate you to push you through a workout
Coach Mischka takes the time to meet each participant, explains the entire class and then provides great notes on things to focus on and be mindful of, which sets everyone up for success. She’s great at providing scales options but also encouraging when to push yourself.

It’s really helpful having an experienced Olympic lifter coaching. Ryan is always able to point out little things that make big changes in form to help take things to the next level.

James always makes class a fun, fast paced, and motivating experience. He is great at giving small tips that obviously come from direct experience and are easy to implement in the workout.

Erika is such a great coach. She explains all the exercises and lifts and will work with you one on one to come up with adaptations so you’re hitting that “just right” challenge. I always leave Erika’s class feeling positive and empowered and ready for the next challenge!

The gym environment in general can feel very intimidating to me. To be honest, it’s not my favorite place to workout but everyone at The Movemeant has been so very welcoming & helpful. The laid back, supportive atmosphere has kept me coming back. Every class has been challenging- & led to the good kind of sore. If you’re on the fence, I would encourage you to try it out! It’s not as bad as you might be thinking 🤔 😂.

I loved the structure of the workout. I really like how warm up and a cool down is incorporated in classes. I appreciated the one on one time Derek took with me to make sure form was right and weights were right size
