Travis and Adrian were also great coaches. My 1st time in over 9 years to do a crossfit workout and it challenged my endurance. I was able to see where I'm at and what I lack. The coaches definitely were able to correct and coach my movements I thought were correct and realized I had been doing incorrect for years. I definitely appreciate the mentorship and I highly recommend this place for your crossfit workouts! I'll be back for certain!

Nicole is an incredible coach. She’s incredibly detail oriented when it comes to the art of weightlifting- and I always walk away from class with cues that make me a better lifter. In every class, Nicole’s passion for helping athletes be their best truly shines. Nicole offers the same level of commitment to athletes lifting lighter weights (like me) as she does those throwing around really heavy weight. I always walk away from her classes feeling challenged and pushed to do my best.

Intentions behind all movements from the warm up to the cool down were great. I really appreciated having Orlando stop in from time to time check in on me. He was made aware of my back injury. Everyone was welcoming and respectful.

Coach Sarah is amazing. Today was my first class back after being sick and she was very attentive and helpful with modifying the exercises to my ability. She also done a fabulous job at checking in during the class to make sure I’m on track and offering encouragement as we push through.

It's my second class after taking a year off. This morning Carizame made sure to ask if I need any variations to days class to prevent injury and to make it through the session. Crossfit has always been labeled as dangerous? But all the instructors here do an excellent job of watching over us and giving us variations so we avoid injuries, but get the benefit of the routines for each day. Absolutely love the atmosphere of encouragement and comerodery! Feels good to be back!

Coach Travis gave me great advice on my backsquat. Didn’t know why I kept leaning forward and my wrist breaking. After just my second lift he noticed and told me to squeeze my shoulders back and keep my knuckles up. By the end it felt so much better!

This allows gym members to continue on their health/strength journey without injury and helps builds confidence. Everyone’s journey and progress is different, he does a good job reminding us of that.

Javi did a really good job of explaining and having us do all the different variations of the pulls up until we got to a variation that was best for us. I really like that. He took time on each variation and explained where people go wrong and struggle to level up so that made me more aware of what of as doing! He’s also kinda funny too and the music was 10/10

Im really glad I made my way back to the Fitstop. Even though I haven’t been back in the gym for awhile it was very easy to adjust to the class with the way it’s set up for all levels.

I was very nervous coming Into my first class tonight. It’s outside of my comfort zone and I was incredibly nervous I’d be so far behind the curve that I wouldn’t be able to keep up, but everyone was incredibly encouraging and helped me get a better understanding of what we were doing. I felt pushed in an amazing way, and topped my personal dead lift weights It’s low, but I pushed myself because of the encouragement of the class! I’m excited to continue pushing and growing in this community.

Class is always fun with Javi! He’s very knowledgeable and great at relaying that information to his athletes. I really enjoy his over exaggerated movements when he is explaining what NOT to do, it helps the visual learners 👍🏾 I also enjoy his sarcastic comments, keeps the class engaged 👍🏾 I’ve noticed so much growth in the time that I have been able to attend Javi’s classes and I know it’s only going to continue on. This was day one for me … should’ve originally been in 5:30 class but work sucked so I rescheduled for 7:30 cause it seemed doable but I was out by 5:40 so I canceled 7:30 and rescheduled for 6:30 and flew to FitStop. One hour workout later and I cried on my way home lol I hate that I'm here again ... I hate that I have to start over and feel the way I do I hate being scared ima faint cause I'm so outta shape, I hate that I hadn't ate all day so I picked up chipotle omw home and even though I kept it keto I looked at it and felt guilty like I shouldn't even be eating this late but the random “good job”, “you’ve got this”, “you’re almost there Jenn” from total strangers just made me realize I HAVE to do this for myself and I someone has my back. I’ll be going back tomorrow 🤓💪🏼

Javi is an amazing coach, he always explains the movements in detail and pay attention to the the athletes to make sure they are doing a variation of the movements that allow them to get the workout stimulus while avoiding any injury. He also tends to play good music (we all know this is very important 😂😂😂)

It has been forever since I have stepped into a gym that is instructor lead. This was my first class and the coach did amazing. I am a vet so I have had multiple surgeries and injuries from head to toe which I mentioned to the coach and he took time to show me different modifications to the days workout and checked on my progress throughout the work. I know it doesn’t seem like much but it made the nerves ease up a little. So thanks man.

The class was very large and the workout had a lot of components and I thought Adrian handled it very well from the warm up to the logistics of the workout it was all very smooth. Plus he was still able to provide individual coaching questions throughout which I thought was awesome.

Energetic & motivated class & coach. Sarah made me feel really welcomed & has great communication for the team, words of inspiration. The team members also made me feel like a friend, everyone was super kind.

Eddie was fantastic! I’ve lifted weights but it was my first time trying CrossFit and he showed me how to do all the workouts that were new to me and gave me plenty of tips on how to perform them correctly. Great experience!

The coaches are top tier. I never go a class without someone encouraging me or helping me with a manageable aspect of a certain skill, and that “feeling seen” is the type of customer service a gym goer doesn’t forget.

The workout was great and challenging. The suggestion on doing doing the workout for the level I should do it was a definite great tip for starting out. Change to performance level for me. The breath control and muscle fatigue with the workout were definite challenge. I would definitely go back again.

Javier was great! I really thought I would have to grab weights and figure it out myself. But he was on it! He helped me with every type of workout and walked me thru it. Very personalized but I still get to be with a group. Loved it!!!

Doesn’t matter if it’s a 5 AM class or a 5 PM class. Eddie always has such great vibes and he explains the workouts thoroughly enough for me to understand it when I’m still half asleep at 5am.
Javier is a great coach! He explained all of the new movements so well and gave really great tips to improve my form (even though he had to walk me through a couple of things several times because my brain is not as coordinated as I'd like to think😁). I appreciate how watchful he is to make sure we're having a good time and not hurting ourselves. Thanks for the great workout!
Erica was awesome! I haven’t done any type of CrossFit workout in years. She was very patient with me getting back into the groove of things. I even learned some new things!

I have to say Javier’s coaching style is exceptional, I like the way he interacts with the group, and his explanation of the workout at the start and throughout the workout. He definitely has motivated me to want to go back for more! I look forward to getting to know the other coaches, and gym members.

Rudy is an exceptional coach. Demonstrates the movements, give strategies on how to pace the wod, and he motivates you throughout when you really need that push! It was a big class and I never felt I wasn’t apart of it! Great class!
I’m new to CrossFit and Javier is always so helpful with explaining and demonstrating the exercises. He also recommends an alternate move if anyone is experiencing an issue with their knee, back, etc. He’s very knowledgeable and helpful.
Great at explaining the modalities and appreciate the attention he gives to all athletes in class to ensure form is correct and no one gets hurt. Classes are fun and lively. He has a very positive attitude.

For this being my first time working out in years I enjoyed it. Adrian was very nice and explained everything to me and allowed me to do what I could. Just need to work on the running part but it was a good experience.
I enjoy when Adrian coaches. He goes over all the movements well and always helps me and motivates me at the right time. He is always happy and laughing, making corny jokes with everyone which I find funny. Great coach overall.

Javi is always checking everyone and would tell you when you need to fix something, won’t allow you to do something that can get you hurt and will tell you what is the best movement variation you can do, I really like that he takes the time to get to know the athletes.

Erica is so knowledgeable and such a logical coach. She knows her people and what they need. She also knows when to push you, and when to provide a little grace when you are just not feeling class that day. I love that she always applauds the fact that we showed up! Coach Angela is great at explaining the WOD, demonstrating the movements, and she knows how to encourage you to keep pushing during the WOD even when you feel like quitting! She always has a welcoming smile on her face!

Sarah is always willing to help, encourage, motivate, etc…. Not only Sarah but all the coaches. Even when they are not coaching the class, they are there to assist everyone. Awesome coaches.
Coach Sarah and Jason are normally the 4:30 pm coaches. They do really well in explaining movements and scaling options and even explain the benefits/targets/stimulus of the overall workout. They make every athlete feel included.
Jason is an absolute badass of a coach. His overviews are thorough but he also gets out of the way and lets you work. He has the uncanny ability to know exactly when you're dogging it/maybe letting your form slide a bit and provides the cues needed to get you back on track.
Really enjoyed class. The workout was explained thoroughly and was a lot of fun.
