Working out at RXFit is always a great experience. The coaches are really friendly and make every workout challenging but fun. They pay attention to each individual and offer guidance and motivation as needed. Every workout of different which keeps it interesting and the coaches always keep the class upbeat and positive. Love my morning workouts at RXFit.

I’ve been to gyms all over the country. The programs and Jess’ coaching is heads and shoulders above the coaches I’ve experienced. Whenever I’m in town, I’ll make it a point to get to Rx. I was thrilled to see Jess coaching the class I attended. Jess is knowledgeable, energetic - knows how to get people to push their limits. All with a great personality! At the beginning of class, Jess demonstrated each exercise so we all knew what to do. Once she got us off and running Jess helped each of us practice proper form. After twenty minutes we were all feeling a burning up and Jess motivated the entire group to dig deep and push through every rep.

Mike was great as always. Mike does a great job of supervising and providing feedback as needed. Mike is great at encouraging and pushing us to work hard - although sometimes I feel that, as the business owner, Mike holds back a bit with some folks in order to not create unwanted pressure (but Mike is good at pushing the people who want to be pushed). Mike creates a welcoming and supportive environment for his classes that everyone appreciates.

Classes with Mike are quite a dynamic experience. For someone who had a sedentary start, Mike was patient, understanding and encouraging. While still maintaining awareness of my limitations, he’s never stopped coaching to push just a little more and for that I am grateful. Outstanding facilities, good comraderie during group workouts and a sense of accomplishment are some of the reason I’ll always be coming back 10/10 will go again.

Great class as always, 5:45 AM class can be challenging to manage given the overlap with 5 AM, but Jess as always did a super job. I’m kind of on auto pilot that early and Jess is a great motivator.

Megan is a phenomenal trainer! My session with her couldn’t have gone smoother. It was my first session post complicated pregnancy and delivery. She provided a very welcoming, energetic, and accommodating environment. She is keen to details, which made me feel so special as she remembered essential modifications I required pre-pregnancy & post pregnancy. What I love the most about RX is that all trainers prioritize their health and fitness which serves as role models to all of their members. I truly LOVE RX!😊

I’m up at 430, done with my workout at 6am and feel like a ROCKSTAR. Working out with a squad of early risers and under the support of Mike, it’s fun to think about doing it again tomorrow morning. One thing - I need more curls than a poodle in a windstorm. Bring out the biceps :)

I loved working entire body with good upper/ lower body mix. I also liked the fact that we had enough time so I could focus on right movement and increasing weight. In general building muscle strength is key priority for me so I enjoy these parts of the workouts

Mike did great with me today. I’m still trying to get in proper shape and learn how to do all the moves. He helped me with some of the maneuvers and gave me alternative exercises to do. Stayed on me to keep going but in a very non-alienating (is that a word?) manner. The. Answered my questions about what to do in between classes.
