The QC is the complete package! Accountability, friendships, and most importantly fitness and wellcare. Shay is an incredible coach, she is thorough in explanations and demonstrates movements. She plays good music and pushes you to do your best. I like Shay because she speaks with no regrets and that pushes me to go above and beyond! The QC wouldn’t be the same without her!

He’s great. More than just a cheerleader, he’s a coach. He shows us exactly how to do the movements and gives advice on the best way to scale it down if you need to. He makes everybody feel like their workout is the most important one in the class.
