The energy in today’s class was amazing. Everyone was friendly especially the coach, Rick. He welcomed me and introduced me which helped ease the nervousness. He made sure to watch my form to ensure I wouldn’t get hurt. He coached me and everyone else through this workout with smiles and jokes. It was a great experience

Courtney does a fantastic job. The workouts are challenging but she makes adjustments for people of different abilities. No matter what fitness level you are at you get a good workout.

Very motivating, supportive and caring we are in correct form at all times. Helps guide you through movements and workouts. If you are unable to do a movement, he adapts to work the same muscle group with another movement you can do.

Experience was great, everyone was nice & greeted me for my first time at Musclecamp Crossfit. Coach Rick curated class efficiently to prepare for high skill movements such as toes to bar & overhead squats.
Welcoming class, explained the stimulus of the workout very well and pushed us throughout the workout!

Courtney was so helpful when it came to my form while lifting, she was also very kind and encouraging! I also got a little extra help from her in a mental way because she pointed out something I was struggling with, and it was just a mental block for me. Her bringing it up made me work through it and push to do better!

Angie is a great coach! Explained the workout, led us through a warm-up and thoroughly explained the movements. We even finished with a little yoga! She did a good job getting us out on time and reined us in when we got off task.
Angie exceeds the expectations of a coach on a daily basis. She knows my abilities and pushes me when I doubt myself. Her expertise in movement standards are projected onto members producing high efficiency workouts at an individual fitness level. She’s fun and energetic. Her passion for enriching lives through fitness is evident. I am grateful for all her knowledge and encouragement which makes me a better athlete.
Love when Courtney coaches. She’s always so helpful and encouraging. Never feel hesitant to ask questions. She treats everyone the same no matter what level you decide to do. Makes sure everyone is comfortable with the movements and with help you with anything you need. Takes her time and doesn’t rush through the warmup, WOD, or the stretching. Never have to run out after the stretching. She’s available for questions and allows everyone to work on things. Very positive and always friendly. Great coach! Thanks Courtney

Musclecamp CrossFit is the only gym I will ever go to! It is so much like a family and the encouragement from everyone is wonderful. I stick with the CrossFit Lite workouts and they are modified to give me success. We have a huge range of skill levels and Musclecamp can address all those skill levels in the same workout. Love my gym family!!

Invigorating! I left beat, but I can always think clearer after a good workout in the morning. The days I have a lot of deep thinking and relationship work to do are the days I always try to get a good workout either at the gym or otherwise. The comradery is great and I always push myself harder than if I exercise by myself. I keep coming back for more punishment 😅 Thanks!
