I really enjoyed the Deka workout due to the variety of movements. 35 minutes went by quickly. The shotgun start helped spread out the large class while allowing plenty of room. Well organized!

Courtney was so helpful when it came to my form while lifting, she was also very kind and encouraging! I also got a little extra help from her in a mental way because she pointed out something I was struggling with, and it was just a mental block for me. Her bringing it up made me work through it and push to do better!

Definitely a challenge but also good for different fitness levels or anyone who wants to get in better shape. I like the structured workouts much better than trying to workout on my own. Angie does a great job too!

Rick had us warmup in a good amount of time before we did some skill work. I really like the pull up progression he led us through. He explained the two lifts in the workout very well and made sure we were warmed up enough by progressing in weight before we started the workout. A great Saturday workout!

Angie is a great coach! Explained the workout, led us through a warm-up and thoroughly explained the movements. We even finished with a little yoga! She did a good job getting us out on time and reined us in when we got off task.

Angie exceeds the expectations of a coach on a daily basis. She knows my abilities and pushes me when I doubt myself. Her expertise in movement standards are projected onto members producing high efficiency workouts at an individual fitness level. She’s fun and energetic. Love when Courtney coaches. She’s always so helpful and encouraging. Never feel hesitant to ask questions. She treats everyone the same no matter what level you decide to do. Makes sure everyone is comfortable with the movements and with help you with anything you need. Takes her time and doesn’t rush through the warmup, WOD, or the stretching. Never have to run out after the stretching. She’s available for questions and allows everyone to work on things. Very positive and always friendly. Great coach! Thanks Courtney

Angie did great today…full class but she kept everyone on track, stuck to the class schedule and modified where needed.

Angie explained each movement and took the time to make sure we understood the split jerk movement. She also made modifications for a class member who couldn’t do the full workout due to an injury. She didn’t make the class member feel bad about the injury and made it so it was still a workout being done. In doing so, she made that class member not feel bad for the injury or less than the other members there!

Musclecamp CrossFit is the only gym I will ever go to! It is so much like a family and the encouragement from everyone is wonderful. I stick with the CrossFit Lite workouts and they are modified to give me success. We have a huge range of skill levels and Musclecamp can address all those skill levels in the same workout. Love my gym family!!

Invigorating! I left beat, but I can always think clearer after a good workout in the morning. The days I have a lot of deep thinking and relationship work to do are the days I always try to get a good workout either at the gym or otherwise. The comradery is great and I always push myself harder than if I exercise by myself. I keep coming back for more punishment 😅 Thanks!
