What’s one positive change you’ve noticed since joining Mean Green?" At Mean Green Gym (North), Milton was very patient as today was my first day. The class was very supportive and helpful. I was welcomed in without hesitation and I enjoyed my first day!!!
Today was my first session and Mya was so nice and attentive. I haven't worked out in a while so it was tough, but Mya continue to check on me. She did a wonderful job encouraging me and making sure I was comfortable and my form was right. I love the way she pay attention and I most definitely will continue to come back

Clairissa is exactly what you need at 5 in morning. Not only does she bring the energy to wake us up but she pushes us to do more and be better!
The energy from the instructor and everyone else in the class was amazing! Everyone was very helpful. I was so motivated by everyones energy and challenged by the awesome workout. This class was just what I needed and exactly what I was looking for. I’m looking forward to the next one. FYI - the music gave it a plus plus.
Class was amazing. i’m focusing on weight gain & strengthen my muscles, quads & glutes. This was the perfect class for that.
Today was my first day back since my pregnancy, and it felt great to return to my workout routine. Milton customized my exercises to ensure they were safe and that I felt comfortable throughout the session. I left feeling more confident and motivated to continue my fitness journey.
Great workout, especially to support my core. I felt challenged but not overwhelmed, and by the end of the session, my core felt stronger and more stable. The atmosphere at Mean Green Gym (North) is motivating, with just the right balance of encouragement and intensity. It’s clear they prioritize quality over quantity, which makes every workout feel productive and worth the effort.

Today was my first day and Clairissa was very engaged with the whole class but DIDNT leave me hanging! She did a wonderful job encouraging me and making sure I was comfortable and my form was right. It was a tough class but I didn’t feel overwhelmed under her instruction and she continued to check in on me and say positive things so I never stopped 💪
Whooped my ass but was a really good class! I enjoyed it I’ll be back

Working with Coach Milton has been a truly positive experience. His hands-on approach sets him apart, he doesn’t just observe from the sidelines, he steps in with meaningful guidance, correction when needed, and consistent motivation. I’ve really grown from the way he challenges me while also encouraging me to improve. His ability to correct without discouraging is something I truly respect, and it’s helped me develop both confidence and stronger skills. His support feels genuine, and that makes a big difference.
Love the workout! It was my 1st session and although I did not know what to expect, I was greeted kindly and that made me all the more comfortable. Maya took the time to lay out the gym layout, procedures and assisted when I need additional help with workout instructions. Definitely will be back!

Maya did an excellent job! She made sure that everyone was using proper technique when applicable. She kept us moving to accomplish the goal by giving gentle reminders of the time left.
Was my first day of his class. He got me started explained well stuck with me finished strong 💪. I appreciate him observing and meeting me in my comfortability all while also still pushing me and teaching me proper technique. He was consistent and motivational!

My first ever class with Clarissa and man oh man! Clarissa was patient yet assertive being that it was my first class. I appreciated her pushing me to continue and explaining all the exercises.
Clairissa's class is always amazing. She not only pushes the class,but is also familiar with each client and takes their injuries into consideration to prevent long-term or future injuries. She demononstrates each move and corrects your form if needed..
Milton has great energy in every class! I love how he takes time to teach everyone and pushes people to challenge themselves. 10/10 would recommend.

Needed some extra guidance after 9 years away from MGT. Milton was great at making sure I was doing the exercises correctly.
She was great checked on me and showed me steps to improve my weight lifting!
I always enjoyed the class. The only suggestion is making sure the client understands the work out completely. For instance, if they need to complete a total of 20 rounds for two sections or if it was to compete a total of 20 rounds for all sections.
5:30a.m class is a must. Coach Clarissa brings the energy, motivation & skills to every class. She ensures everyone reaches their full potential with proper technique & without injuries.
Milton is a great coach! He has excellent communication skills, he motivates and inspire the group, he has a good focus on individual needs, patience, adaptability, and a commitment to ongoing learning, while also ensuring a safe and supportive training environment. Milton's class is such a joy to be a part of! He really knows how to keep everyone motivated, and he’s always there to cheer you on when you feel like giving up! Being a part of the Mean Green family has been an amazing experience for me; it truly feels more like a supportive community than just a gym. They welcome you with open arms!
He did great! I love his classes. He teaches, encourages, helps, motivates, makes sure our form is correct so we don’t hurt ourselves and not to mention his gym playlist is ALWAYS 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥! I look forward to working out at his gym😊😊

Year three into my fitness journey and I seriously owe it to coach David! He has guided me from beginner to beast mode! He has helped me get stronger, not only physically, but mentally. This place is my sanctuary.
