Great warm up to prime our shoulders. I always know I won’t have to do too much of my own warm up when Colby is coaching because I feel confident knowing he will ensure the right muscles are warm and engaged for the specific workout that day.

Molly does a great job of explaining movements and expectations for the workout while maintaining a kind and professional demeanor! Today’s class was relatively large in comparison to other classes and she did a great job of utilizing space and creating a positive atmosphere to make the workout function for everyone. Even though the class was large, she made her presence known throughout the class and did a great job of offering feedback and corrections to everyone in the class.

Class was really good. Keith was involved throughout the whole class, we did good stretches. And he offered help and feedback through the lifting portion. He was also really encouraging during the metcon which was good since it was a tough workout.

The class started with a short but detailed explanation of what was plans for the day. We then went into a warm up that was tailored for The upcoming exercises. It was hard. I wasn't quite ready. But I am pleased to say that I was very well prepared for the squats that followed. Following that, we had a WOD for time. Jordan took her time to explain all of the scaling options and made sure that everybody was on the same page. During the workout, I heard her encouraging and coaching people as they went. 10/10 would take her class again.

Jordan has been one of my all time favorite coaches since moving to OKC. Over the last few months, I appreciate her even more!! I have been dealing with a wrist injury. Since day 1, she has helped me modify workouts to maintain stimulus, or even helped create completely new one to keep things fun & engaged. Jordan and the Koda Native coaches are the best!

Absolutely phenomenal, she is always aware of what’s going on no matter the class size and is not afraid to let you know if you need some guidance in a workout wether that be how hard you need to push in a metcon or how to better your technique. She’s always keeping track of the individual and what they are capable of. One of my favorite coaches! Always pushing the individual to be your better self, in and out of the gym.
