Today we did some snatch work which is one of my favorite movements. I’ve been doing cf for a long while and have even coached but there’s always more to learn! Teddy was great today! I enjoyed his enthusiasm and a genuine desire to help! He gave me cues today that were very helpful and very much appreciated! Always enjoy stopping in to workout at Koda and join my friends for great programming and coaching!
I have been going to another gym for about a year. I dropped in because my gym was closed. I really loved it and it is the best coaching that I’ve ever gotten. And I would love to be able to come back more. Loved the atmosphere, the coaching, and the music.
It definitely wasn’t what I expected. I was pleasantly surprised at the attention to detail and the care with which Jordan instructed and assisted the participants in the class. She seemed to notice everything and everyone at the same time - whether it was correcting a subtle misalignment in someone’s form or offering a quieter modification for those who needed it. I could tell she was fully present, moving around the room with a calm confidence that made the whole class feel supported. I wasn’t sure I could go through a whole hour, especially since I hadn’t worked out in a while, but Jordan’s calm reassurances kept me going through each exercise. Her steady encouragement helped me push past moments when I felt like giving up, and she consistently checked in to make sure I was comfortable and maintaining good form. The workout itself was challenging in a smart way that left me tired but energized. By the end, I felt stronger and more capable than I expected. I’m ready to do it again. Stevie gave me great feedback for my cleans and by the end of the 5 rounds I was catching the bar in a better position and doing it pain free. It was the heaviest I've gone in a bit which was great! I don't get to take Stevies class often but I love when I get to see her.

Today was a great day, coach had pushed me to get out of my comfort zone, saw that I was trying to weasel my way out of doing heavier split squats. She shut that down after the first round, then pushed again after the second. Extremely grateful for the encouragement!
Jordan is an excellent coach. Always cheerful and supportive. Today she was looking out for my wellbeing while doing lunges she had a concern, came over and helped me out. Thank you for being alert and making sure safety and proper technique is priority.

He did great! I got confused on the workout with the even odd and she explained it to me real quick and made it easy. Having known her for many years it was sure great to see her up there coaching like an old pro.

Jordan has been one of my all time favorite coaches since moving to OKC. Over the last few months, I appreciate her even more!! I have been dealing with a wrist injury. Since day 1, she has helped me modify workouts to maintain stimulus, or even helped create completely new one to keep things fun & engaged. Jordan and the Koda Native coaches are the best!
