At times the gym feels overcrowded, especially during full classes. While it’s great to see more new equipment like additional rowers, bikes, and an assault runner, the current layout doesn’t make the most effective use of the available space. My very 1st class with Roque and I truly enjoyed it. I am entering back into the fitness world and I can tell he is going to have me where I desire to be physically and mentally.

Alexis kept everyone moving steadily, calling out clear, precise cues that made it easy to follow along even as the pace picked up. Her energy was contagious - she was right there with us, pushing through every set and encouraging us to keep going just when I felt like slowing down. The flow of the workout balanced strength, cardio, and core work in a way that challenged every muscle group without feeling chaotic. I left Iron Knight Gym feeling drained but accomplished, energized by the way Alexis made the entire class feel like a focused, purposeful effort rather than just going through the motions.thank you Coach ☺️

Pretty great first class. Alexis explained everything clearly, answered my questions. The workout was tough enough to feel it but not overwhelming. I felt welcomed and the vibe was good overall.

Always a great experience in class when coach Rebecca is teaching. She always helps to improve my technique on any movement I’m having trouble with. And she pushes me outside of my comfort zone so that I’m always growing as an athlete.
Really great coach. Interactive and attentive the entire class. Demonstrates and explains all movements. Gives doable modifications. Provided a safe and positive environment. Enjoyed the programming as well, felt like a I got a great workout and it was different muscles groups than I normally do.

This was my first ever gym experience. I was much much more inexperienced than my peers but Roque gave me easy to follow instructions for some workouts that were more at my level. I left feeling like I pushed myself in a good way and I'm glad I went.

Roque is amazing! Very warm in coaching approach and pays attention to all the things I’m lacking. When I am unsure of a movement, he takes the time to show me and ensure that I feel more confident. I hope everyone is able to have a gym like the Fitness Method. It’s easy to see how the programming is made to make us better!
It’s always so much fun to go to CrossFit! Intense and quick workouts that make the time go fast. The whole team at Iron Knight Gym/ The Fitness Method is great and professional, coach Alexis and coach Rebeca are always around to help. It doesn’t matter what level of CrossFit you have; every member works together as a team, helping and encouraging each other to do our best.
