Today’s class was challenging for me. I like that it means I’m improving! That’s what is so great about GP, we are presented w a program each session that makes us work and improve our stamina. Chris watches our form which I appreciate, want to make sure I’m doing things correctly for the best physical outcome I can achieve. It’s just all good. I’ve always wanted to go to a gym with my workout programmed for me. It always includes core, strength, and cardio. Just what I’m looking for. Thank you Chris. There’s no need to go anywhere else. Go GP!!!!
Classes are always great. Very challenging and still quite doable. I especially enjoy the upbeat work ethic of the other attendees/athletes in the class. GoPrimal is a very special place.

Had an excellent 60-minute weight training workout with Coach Chris. We began with thorough dynamic stretches to warm up properly, then moved straight into the main lifts: • Bench press • Max effort seated broad jumps • Reverse sled drag • Supinated grip body rows • Barbell hollow press Chris maintains a constant eye on the athlete, providing sharp, real-time feedback on form and pushing for just the right amount of effort—no drifting, no wasted reps. His coaching style keeps everything safe, effective, and intense in the best way. The session flew by, I left feeling strong and dialed in. Highly recommend—great coach, great programming. 💪
Noah did great today. He is always thorough in explaining the plan of action. He is observant and gives helpful tips during class if he sees a need to. I enjoy his style of leadership knowledgable, Iayed back, confident and attentive. Go Primal has been REALLY good for my exercise regime. It has added a dimension I had not been including with my strength training. It was extremely beneficial in preparing me for running in my last Spartan Race. I look forward to the future with Go Primal! 💪
Jemima is an amazing coach! She takes the time to explain each workout clearly, breaking down the movements so I understand exactly what to do. During sessions, she constantly watches our form and technique, catching even the smallest. Her attention makes me feel confident that I’m training safely and effectively. The way she guides the workouts at Go Primal Fitness and Training Institute keeps me motivated and focused, turning each session into a productive and rewarding experience.
The workout was challenging but in the best way. Chris was welcoming, encouraging and ensured we were doing proper technique with the different exercises. I did a drop-in today, but will definitely be coming back!

Coach Tammi always runs a fantastic class at Go Primal Fitness and Training Institute! She creates an energizing atmosphere where every exercise feels purposeful and engaging. During the workout, she is consistently helpful - whether it’s demonstrating proper form, offering modifications to suit different fitness levels, or stepping in to encourage you when the challenge peaks. Her positive energy makes the workout fun, turning what could be a tough session into something you look forward to. It’s clear she genuinely cares about each person’s progress, which makes all the difference in staying motivated and pushing yourself further.
This is for Farrah. She was great during the class. Encouraging, checking on me and other people. Adding energy to the workout, especially when our energy started dropping.
Love the outside class sessions with different activities. Having the opportunity to run sprints and do more intense explosive work with longer rests is fun and a great way to change it up. Would love to have this be a monthly option. One on one feedback is great as always, Chris makes sure to show correct form and help you perfect yours while doing the movement.
Chris gave clear directions, consistent motivation, appropriate modifications for my fitness level, and didn’t let me quit. I’m super out of shape and there were moments I felt in over my head, but Chris was super attuned to when I was lost and got me back on track. I feel like I can just show up and know that I’m going to get my butt kicked in the way that I need to get my butt kicked. Chris is a solid instructor.

Farrah is amazing. You can tell she really loves coaching. And being first thing in the morning, she has the right amount of energy. Even though most of us are regulars she still calls out all the movements for the warm-up and encourages everyone throughout the workout.

From the moment I walked in, Coach Farrah provided an exceptional experience. She greeted me warmly, gave me a thorough tour of the fantastic, well-equipped facility, and made me feel instantly welcome. Before the class, she clearly explained the warm-up and WOD, patiently addressing all my questions about the movements. During the workout itself, her energy was incredible; she offered just the right mix of encouragement and excitement to keep me motivated. After I (happily) peeled myself off the floor, she checked in personally to see how I felt and invited me back. It was a top-notch experience in a great gym with a coach who genuinely cares. Go Primal will be my absolute go-to drop-in whenever I'm in Gainesville. Thanks for the awesome workout!

Today was my first day back to Go Primal in 11 years and it felt like I never left. I felt like coming back home. Chris was great assuring that I was doing the exercise with correct form while being safe. Great to be back.

Tammi is helping me work through hip tightness and a glute injury. I’ve been able to at least make some progress while this horribly frustrating, and nagging process has dragged a bit. Without Tammi’s input, I would probably not be able to attend classes at all.
Chris was very welcoming for my first class today and he guided us through the exercises while integrating us with the rest of the class. I enjoyed the 3 different groups of strength exercises. We were constantly doing something and moving every minute compared to some other gyms I have been too. I really enjoyed the workout today and I look forward to coming back for more.
Tammi is the best. I work out with her the most as my coach. Today, she taught me to deadlift with a trap bar to more safely prevent injury and ensure correct form. ☺️

Lilly was the coach today and I think she did a great job coaching. A lot of coaches have a tendency to cheerlead, especially with newer athletes and I think this particular coach did a great job focusing on making better athletes not just encouraging them.
She was very welcoming and encouraging! Glad I was able to join in on her class for my first day!

I grew a lot at Go Primal in different ways, mentally and physically, and Coki was absolutely a part of that. Overall a great part of the Go Primal family.
Coki is extremely knowledgeable about technique. Not only is he knowledgeable but also very approachable. He offers advice and is happy to answer questions. He’s a great addition to the gym and makes working out fun and more effective!
