Kayla has a way of always making people feel comfortable, and safe, but pushing you if you need a kick in the a**. She always has great substitutions if something is hurting, and is so genuinely happy for you after a workout it’s hard not to love her!

He did great. I’m just getting back into the gym and Steven made class fun and enjoyable for me. He was able to help me modify some of the movements and was very encouraging throughout the whole class.

Cash is a fantastic coach, always upbeat, has a smile on his face, and engages the class with humour. He is very respectful of the varying levels of ability in the class and offers appropriate suggestions for scaling the movements. He is also technically sound in all the movements, so is able to demonstrate with ease and break the movements down so they are understandable and doable for everyone. I really enjoy his classes!

What could I possibly say that's bad about Brooke!? She's a bad ass, always in a great mood (even at 5:30am) and provides constructive criticism/ways to improve. Brooke is great at helping with scaling options that will still challenge and push you. Love ya! Don't ever change 👊🏻

Steven is one of my more favorite coaches. He has a good level of enthusiasm and encouragement (not too much or too little). He pays close attention to form for all athletes and provides feedback and suggestions. Very approachable and a good sense of humour. Steven has a solid understanding of the sport (the how and why) and it shows.

I appreciated the comment that some in the class may want to work hard but others may have had a hard few days and might want to use this workout as a ‘shake out’. Partner workouts are always good!
