It was a great session, I had a lot of fun. Thank you for your tips with the deadlift. That’s what I love about CrossFit it’s that they are always things to improve to be better at it. And I loved the fact that I was allowed to stay longer passed the class time to do more training💪. Thank you so much for that session😊.

I signed up to CrossFit Zenith with the initial intention to learn Olympic Lifting. I was recommended Nathan from a very good friend and I’ve not looked back! I’ve had 5 sessions with Nathan so far and I’ve really enjoyed and appreciated his fun and professional demeanour and absolute laser focus on the correct technique. This is exactly what I was looking for. Thank you Nathan!

Amelia is always awesome to have as coach. She is confident in her approach and always encourages us to get out of our comfort zone. Amelia manages to balance each member’s needs within a workout on any given day by checking in with us individually throughout the warm up. Today, she demonstrated many options for carry the weight plate and mentioned possible hurdles that we may come across transitioning the plate and how to tackle them. She advised the self talk in the grind of the WOD will be the hardest part of the workout. I also love seeing her coach us then jump straight into the 6am class to get after it herself. Bloody Legend!!

Good class !! Only feedback I have from classes in general is if the intro at the start and question of the day could go quicker. Leaving more time for workout and potentially warm down / stretch.

Amelia always pay attention to everyone. Although she knows that I have knowledge about most of the movements, she is attentive to how I do it or if I need to correct something, and she does it with everyone in class.

Class was fantastic...when I pushed through the last squat press ;-) Amelia was great in the the two sessions leading up to the class. I felt confident I would not hurt myself with some of the more complex movements. Amelia was able to provide me with positive feedback on how I could improve without making me feel like I was completely clueless. Jackson did great! He was thorough with the movement prep and is always willing to adjust movements for me due to injury. Jackson is very personable and seems genuinely interested in how everyone is going. He cracks way funnier jokes than Nathan ;-)
