Great class today! Warm-up was very thorough to prepare athletes for heavy lifts in today’s programming. Instruction was helpful to ensure athletes lifted properly and safely. Lastly, music was awesome!

At CrossFit Time Warp, The coaches really emphasize proper form and scaling, which helped me gain confidence. Before, I was hesitant to try heavier weights or more complex movements. But now I feel more confident in lifting thanks to the amazing coaching as well as the community support at CrossFit timewarp. Even though you are in a class session with multiple peers, CrossFit timewarp somehow still makes it feel like you are getting 1:1 coaching.

CFTW has been a great experience since joining now six months in. The classes are welcoming and fun, which makes it easier to get to the gym. Alyssa is a great coach and goes above and beyond to check in with individuals and make them feel part of the community!
Reese is great. Taste in music, medium. :) When Reese coaches he always gives great feedback on technique which I always need. He is always so upbeat and happy to help, from the newest member to members who have been doing CrossFit for a long time. CrossFit Timewarp has changed me and my life in so many ways. I have been to almost 300 classes and Alyssa has always shown 100% consistent energy and instruction every single class. She gets to know every single person on an individual level and provides a modification for every athlete. Alyssa always pushes you to get out of your comfort zone and she is the real deal who truly cares about you inside and out of the gym!
I enjoy being in the gym; everyone is friendly and caring, which makes a big difference when you’re pushing through tough workouts. Getting back into a routine for the first time since having my 2 year old and for the first time in a group setting since organized sports in high school, I was definitely intimidated to get started. But the community at CFTW is so great and that’s a testament to Alyssa and Reese and the encouragement and genuine support they have for each of their members! I’m very excited to be working my way back to a stronger, healthier me!
Individual attention and correcting improper form is one of the reasons I choose Time Warp. Matt did those things well today.
Caitlin provided great advice on how to fix my form for the front squat reverse lunges and gave tips for the class on how to get the most out of each exercise. Loved your energy and support throughout the class!
As always, class today was excellent! Great partner workout with great energy and motivation. The arch/hollow focus on the TTB movement was a lot of help today to help focus and breathe through the movement.

Tony is always very helpful. He jumps in when needed to help me with form and technique which I appreciate as I’m a newer member and still learning a lot of the different strength movements. He’s also very encouraging and pushes me those times I need it.
She does a great job to explain the workout to everyone. I know that I still have a long way to go and I don’t know all the workouts, but she works with me at the skill level that I am at to make sure I do my best.
Caitlin is a great coach, she gives the perfect amount of drive and motivation for each person.

Reese did great today (and everyday)! I was late because of a train but instead of feeling rushed when I walked through the door, he was patient and compassionate which helped me get up to speed like my other classmates quickly. They provide a great structure, cues, and laughs at CFTW. I always feel ready to attack my day after a morning session with them! 💜
Reese is always super fun to have coach! He makes sure to give clear, actionable instruction and feedback both during warm-ups and during working sets. He and the other coaches are always incredibly helpful, Time Warp is the best gym I’ve ever been to and I absolutely love the coaches and community that Alyssa and Reese have built!

Really appreciate having Reese as my CrossFit coach. He’s the kind of coach who doesn’t just stand back and watch – he gives you real-time feedback while you’re in the middle of the movement, helping tweak your form and reminding you how to stay safe. It’s made a huge difference in both my confidence and progress. You can tell he actually cares about keeping people injury-free and pushing them to improve. Only knock? Still waiting on a little more country music during workouts — but I guess I’ll let it slide… again 😄
Today was a technical barbell day. Reese does a great job explaining cues in a very simple way that everyone can understand.

Friday classes with Alyssa are always a blast! The workouts are challenging yet motivating, and she pushes us through every rep with such energy that we leave smiling, ready to take on the weekend knowing we gave it our all. CFTW truly has the best coaches around!
What makes Alyssa very valuable to me is not her coaching in the gym which I guess is fine cause I don’t know a lot about CrossFit, but it’s her follow up during the week to get me into the gym! She has good energy and passion and positivity even when I’m lame and can’t fully execute the proper form.

Alyssa has so much positive energy. She is highly motivating and makes it impossible to not want to be there. With being new to CrossFit, the time she took to break down the thrusters helped me understand the movement. She also gave me some valuable tips on how to start to learn kipping pull-ups. I was thankful she gave solid advice on what my expectations for weights, times and reps should be in order to make my workout successful. The workout was challenging and Alyssa continued to motivate and instruct all the athletes throughout the workout. I absolutely loved the class and will most definitely be back for more!
Since I started, I've been intentional about how conservative I am in my workouts. However, I appreciate it when Reese pushes me to go a little more past my conservative mindset, like he did today.

As a woman in her 50s, form is very important to me. Coach Reese goes over proper form every class as well as the best ways to improve performance. He knows how to make classes fun and tough.

Reese did a great job pacing the class. As soon as athletes were finishing a movement Reese was instructing the class to what was next. Additionally, reasonable goals were listed. Whether or not Reese came up with them, he announced them for all. Reese's coaching can be rated ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ due to his capability to share information loudly, clearly and with direction enabling the class to be highly productive.
Alyssa, I believe you and your entire coaching team do a great job leading the classes and provide great scaling options for advanced movements. Lastly, I enjoy the question of the day because it helps me remember people's names. Overall, good job, keep up the good work.

As always, Reese did a great job coaching! He’s always done a great job of making sure to spread his coaching around to everyone during the workout, making sure we all have the chance to improve on the fundamentals of each lift. I found it really helpful when he helped correct my stance today doing overhead squats (one of my least favorite movements as well as one of the hardest for me to complete). 11/10 coaching today Reese!
Today's workout was great! Alyssa helped scale the workout for me and checked in often. I was able to keep up without feeling like the newbie
Tony has gained confidence in educating members at Timewarp safety and throughly. He goes over techniques from beginner to advanced to support all people in the gym. Tony also provides feedback to those that are recovering from injury with a scaled option of the WoD. 👏🏼 keep it up Tony!

Good job at explaining how to properly do the lifts. It would be nice to have one "late" class option around 630-7pm as it would give an option that works with my work schedule. Maybe sometime in the future

I enjoyed how he came over and asked me how I was feeling and gave me modifications when I needed. Also he encouraged me during the workout and gave me cues on some of the equipment.

This was mine and Sara’s first class and we thought Alyssa did a very good job making us feel comfortable especially since we’re new to CrossFit . Really enjoyed the warmup and being able to go through a practice rounds I thought she did a very good job explaining everything.
Alyssa has always been a superb coach. Her attention to detail permeates throughout the class, from movement standards, to coaching and encouraging athletes, and cleanliness and order of the gym.

Tony did a fine job coaching, and the QOTD was solid. He was on time and brought candy for everyone…not to influence a 5⭐️ review, but because he promised to bring candy had anyone PR’d their 5RM DL the week before. I did not PR, so I did not have any candy, but it was a nice gesture and solidified his status as a good dude.
I have been doing CrossFit for more than 10 years now and coach Alyssa is as good as they get. She has great knowledge of the movements, excellent communicator and is just fun to be around! I look forward to her classes and afterwards I'm always and glad I went.
Phenomenal coaching. As an intemediate cross fitter I love the movement critique and the tips and tricks that flow continuously while not interrupting the business at hand. This combined with the energy, fast pace, and workout strategy makes for an experience well worth it in every aspect. A+
