I liked the mix of the weight lifting with the kettle bells and the cardio with the shuttle runs. Man, I was huffing after just the 2 round in, but definitely a solid workout overall. And I did it with the Rx weight, so that was a win for me today! :)

Just coming back to the gym after having a baby. I didn’t feel pressure to do anything I wasn’t comfortable doing. If anything, I was encouraged to pace myself more. I think that’s important when it comes to a CrossFit gym. I’ve been to some gyms where the coaches push you so hard, that you end up hurting yourself or feel ashamed. David does a great job in making sure you have correct form, strength, and endurance before encouraging you to add more weight or workout a little harder.

Great class. Teaches you everything you need to know before you start an exercise. Encourages you to concentrate on form so you don’t cause injury while at the same time helping you push your intensity. On top of all that David always has a great attitude.
