Mark is such an awesome coach! He’s super knowledgable and I learn something new every time I’m in his class. He also has the perfect energy - he’s encouraging without going overboard or being too intense!

The class was great today. Good energy. I'm normally working out on my own so it was fun to do my best with a group there. Thanks for going over everything we needed to do on this challenging work out! This gym is so fun!

It’s always a great workout when training under Coach Pat’s supervision. He’s awesome at breaking down movements and making sure you understand the intended stimulus. He’s a thorough coach who takes his role seriously and it’s very much appreciated.

I love going to Lili’s classes. She’s really great at finding one thing to focus on even for some of the more seasoned athletes. She has helped me refine many of my gymnastic skills. I find her white board brief to be very clear and precise but maybe a bit quicker. I think Lili has to be one of the stronger coaches when it comes to the knowledge of the movements and how to break them down into a more strategic game plan whether your looking for speed or strength.

Patrick gives one on one tips and suggestions to improve my form. As well he always encourages and challenges me to try more weight but only what I’m comfortable with . Truly appreciate his coaching and encouragement!!!

Jesse has always been a great teacher! He handled the rowdy 6pm class really well! I love how he explains things and takes the time to make sure everyone is on the same page! One thing that I noticed was that we were waiting for the late people - while I myself have been late and appreciate the waiting I think its a good precedent to just start the class. I also recognize it was a short workout so waiting did not push us over the 1 hour.

She’s always encouraging and motivates me and gives me the confidence to push that extra bit I think I have. She celebrates your wins. I feel prepared for each workout with her warmups and any questions she’s ready to answer. She’s welcoming and always bring a positive attitude. I love seeing her name on the class as a coach when signing up!

I like it when Sean coaches. He provides clear and direct feedback on how to improve, while also cheering you on. Last week in particular he helped me overcome a hurdle with the deadlift after I had been struggling with this exercise.

Every class with Lili is great. She’s extremely knowledgeable and always motivating. She keeps it fun while keeping me accountable and focused. She’s helped me tremendously with my gymnastics skills in the short time I’ve spent with her.

I enjoy workouts with pat because he gives good feedback and allows for easy scaling when needed. Helps everyone individually one on one for best results I find has helped me come along way. Goes through each movement and has great ways of explaining. I always look forward to having class with Patrick.
