Job was very encouraging today! Today’s session highlighted some major (and seemingly “overnight”) progress with the pull ups! Today with band assists—I made it over the bar several times! (5 years since I’ve done that!!) made the atmosphere very chill and I couldn’t have asked for a better start to the week!

Coach Mike did a great job with today’s class! Very effective warmup with some important lessons on run form as well as an efficient barbell warmup. He did a fantastic job dialing in everyone’s intensity for the intended stimulus. A+ effort! And everyone in class had a great time!

Great job as usual! Coach Mertz is always very detailed when coaching. Makes sure everyone has a proper warmup before starting the workout. Gives details, tips, and corrections with proper technique of the workout. Mertz makes the class enjoyable and is easy to follow!
