Oh man! When I see Lester is my coach, I know the class is going to be top of the line. Señor Rojas is very detailed oriented and he knows his trade ! He also knows every one of his athletes and how to make us all feel welcome and appreciated. He imposes that respect that comes from someone who is an example of an athlete and a knowledgeable professional. During the class, he is always there, checking every athlete out, advising you to correct your posture, cheering everyone to give it all. I always say it, it’s your coaches the ones who make CrossFit ENG feel like home, and Lester is one of those pros in each and every one of his classes.

I look forward to stretching with Linda every week because she creates such a calm and focused atmosphere. During the sessions, she carefully guides us through each stretch, paying close attention to how my body responds and gently encouraging me to go a little deeper without pushing too hard. Linda notices when certain areas feel tight and offers personalized adjustments that really help release tension. I leave feeling more relaxed and flexible than I expected, which makes a big difference in my overall mobility and recovery. This kind of attentive, thoughtful stretching isn’t something I’ve found at other gyms, and it keeps me coming back to CrossFit ENG.

I’m deeply grateful for my family, this amazing gym, and the incredible coaches and members who have truly become like family to me. I had an amazing class with Coach Lester today! He delivered a wonderful time — he corrected our form, gave great cues, and kept the energy high the entire time. He is extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic, and you can tell he truly cares about helping athletes move better. It was an excellent class, and I would definitely recommend his class.
Coach Keith led an excellent class today. He adjusts movements for my injury without losing the workout’s stimulus and ensures safety throughout. Very supportive.
As someone who hasn’t been working out regularly I was very nervous going in today. Justin made me feel very comfortable though and guided me through each movement and gave nice queues to help me and correct form as needed. It went great and I’m excited to go back now! They say the first step is the hardest, but Justin made it feel easier/less intimidating so it was appreciated!

It was great. Lester was really friendly and very informative, taking the time to explain each exercise clearly and why it mattered for building strength and endurance. He noticed when my form needed adjusting and gently helped me correct it, which made the workout feel safer and more effective. I left feeling confident that I had learned something new and motivated to keep improving. The welcoming atmosphere at CrossFit ENG, combined with coaches like Lester who genuinely care, makes it a place where you want to come back and push yourself.

Today’s class with Lester was such a perfect example of what makes him an amazing coach. The workout included rope climbs (something that can easily intimidate a lot of us!!) but he broke it down step by step so clearly that everyone felt confident giving it a try. He demonstrated multiple options and scaling variations for every movement, making sure each person had a version that worked for their level. What really stood out (not just today but every class) was how he stayed engaged through the entire class coaching form and encouraging everyone from start to finish. It’s so nice to have a coach who explains things so well and supports EVERY athlete making us all feel strong 💪🏻 especially Logan, he’s helping him feel better inside AND outside the gym. Becoming more confident, even trying new sports at school.

Megan is a great coach. She is very thorough in her instruction and always shows an example of each movement being performed prior to getting us started whether it’s in the warm up or the wod. She is always in a great mood and she has no problem providing motivation or direction at the perfect time during the met-con. I would attend any class of hers.
I am new to CrossFit, the coaches always adjust the workout for my fitness level. It makes the classes extremely enjoyable and I look forward to going. I have six weeks into the gym and have made the committed club the first month and look forward to making it this month.

Even though Megan is a new coach, she’s not new to connecting with people. I’ve been doing CrossFit for 11 years and know a good coach when I see one. She demonstrates all the movements, monitors and corrects form and is constantly scanning and walking the box during the WOD. The temperature in Florida yesterday was insanely hot and just hearing Megan’s encouragement pushed us through to the end. Keep up the great work Megan!

1st time going today. Very tough for me at 46yo, but did about ⅔ of the workout. I work outside at a moderately labored job, and this was eye opening. I'll try to go back soon.
Coach Lester always takes the extra time to check in with everyone individually. He goes out of his way to make sure your comfortable with the days workout and shows the best way to modify for those of us that can’t do all the moves/workouts.
It was an amazing start to my journey in staying physically fit. I had a great interaction with Dale, whose expertise included proper posture and body mechanics when using the equipment. Everyone is friendly, and I don’t feel like a newcomer at CrossFit ENG.

I appreciate that Lester takes the time to walk around to make sure everyone is getting their form correctly. He will also advise if the current weight you are working with is too much. This helps prevent injuries. Good form = great results! I look forward to 5am workouts with Lester. He gets the group motivated with good music and positive feedback.

Linda is a fantastic stretch/yoga coach—funny, friendly, and always brings a positive, welcoming energy to class. She makes sure everyone is having the best experience and doing the movements correctly. Her sessions are thoughtfully planned based on the week’s CrossFit workouts, targeting the muscles that need recovery most. She also remembers individual needs and offers personalized tips, making each class feel tailored and supportive. It would be great to see this class offered more than once a week—it’s an excellent complement to the overall gym experience, especially with someone as wonderful and thoughtful as Linda leading it. Keith is an excellent CrossFit coach. He clearly explained and demonstrated each exercise, offering helpful scaling options for all fitness levels. Throughout the WOD, he was encouraging and motivating, creating a positive and supportive atmosphere.
Training with Coach Lester has been awesome. He’s super knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain things in a way that makes sense. I’ve learned so much from him—not just how to train smarter, but also how to stay consistent and push myself. Every class feels productive, and he always keeps it motivating. I’ve seen real progress thanks to his coaching, and I’m really grateful for everything he’s helped me with. Can’t recommend him or ENG enough!
Coach Daniel did a great job today at coaching and keeping everyone motivated despite it being a large class! He asked the right questions, always kept it real (which I always appreciate) and was able to accurately assess my limits which in turn led to my PR!

I joined the class as a drop-in visitor during my vacation from Germany. I had a really nice experience. I was warmly welcomed and thoroughly enjoyed the class. Keith was very motivating and attentive while leading the session, offering helpful cues and suggestions to improve my technique. All in all, I thoroughly enjoyed my drop-in at CrossFit ENG and Keith's class.
Lester was excellent. Demonstrated correct mechanics, gave helpful cues, called people by their name, and presented great scaling options. It is clear that Lester is experienced, is highly competent, and cares about the members.
Coach Keith is an excellent, experienced coach. He has helped me improve my form, which has improved my strength so much. I have PRed several times this month in several different lifts/ exercises, including twice this week. I am so glad he has joined our gym family.
I recently had an assessment with Coach Lester, and I was incredibly impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail. He took his time, asked relevant questions that were directly related to what I could do and how I felt doing it, and made sure the entire process was tailored to me. The whole experience was thorough and on point from start to finish. With over 25 years in the health and fitness industry myself, I’ve worked with a lot of coaches—and I can actually say this was one of the most professional and well-executed assessments I’ve ever had. Lester clearly takes pride in what he does and creates a space where you feel supported and confident. Hands-down, one of the best experiences I’ve had in any gym.

I didn’t do a coach led WOD but took advantage of Open Gym time to do a Weight Training session. Having spent time in CF boxes since 2009, I can say this is one of the best! Amazing staff! Clean and well organized. Coaching staff are friendly, professional and very attentive.

Coach Lester is wonderful in providing constructive corrections. I've been doing Crossfit for a long time and I know I still get tired and my form sacrifices. A good coach will recognize this and help correct you along the way. Great workout today. It's so much fun when you do 10 rounds after strength training.

A big shoutout to Coach Lester Rojas for the extra attention during my session today—his excellent cues on the overhead squats 3-rep max and encouragement to push the intensity during the WOD made all the difference. I didn’t actually participate in the class today, but coach Lester is an amazing coach. When I was pregnant he always took the time to help me scale the workouts and make sure I was comfortable. When I wasn’t pregnant he did a great job encouraging and pushing me to hit new PRs. Also wanted to mention how amazing Dale has been with letting me extend my membership pause. I had some complications that didn’t allow me to get back to the gym as quickly as I wanted and he’s been super flexible with me. Overall love the staff at ENG!

This was my first CrossFit experience. My daughter Grace (who is a coach there) convinced me to go. I was very reluctant because I have a knee injury that limits what I can do. Lester modified the workout for me and I felt at ease. No pressure, I could go my own pace and still feel like I had a meaningful workout. Thank you everyone for making me feel welcomed.

Lester works diligently during each class to assist athletes in improving their form and scaling appropriately. He does a great job of checking in with each athlete during the class too!! Class flowed well, always appreciate the extra thought that goes into setting up the gym!! This makes a huge difference in a positive class experience!!!

I think it was Lester? I had him, Eb, maybe Daniel for Pump, and one other coach I can’t remember the name. And I think Kristy on Saturday. They were all honestly great! Lester definitely has great class management and he helped me improve my jerk with a video. I’ve been to a lot of gyms, and that kind of attention is truly rare. Great job on a great place to drop into for a couple weeks!
Coach Linda did a great job explaining the exercises being used for the workout. She also has a fun and energetic attitude making the experience more enjoyable.

First of all, I’m starting with a 60-year-old body that hasn’t been much into movement for the last couple of years. Today, an old knee injury was flaring up, and Coach Lester adjusted the workout to accommodate my current condition. I had a great workout while protecting my knee. Thanks for making sure I’m exercising safely!!
Coach Lester helped me a ton today. He is helping me with form and also modifications to get stronger.
Daniel is becoming a great coach. He cares about everyone in his classes, takes time to explain the workouts and movements, and keeps a jovial and professional attitude. Today's class was better than expected, since I am not fond of snatches. But Daniel gave me a tip that helped me do a couple of squat snatches with good form!
Class was great, Daniel walked us through each progression and checked on our form to make sure we were doing the movements properly. He gave appropriate feedback when needed and encouraged us through the wod. At the end he gave me feedback on what I did well and what to work on in the future .
Lester did great as usual. Class was a particularly grinding cardio fest which I was needing so worked out well.
Coach Daniel is awesome!!! Always have a tough but rewarding workout!!! He explains the movements well and has motivated me even more to keep coming and strive for even more!!!!
Today I had Coach Lester and Assisting was Coach Tammy. What a great team. Lester is a superstar Coach. As a 55 year old woman just getting into shape, Coach L. is so wonderful making modifications so I can have a successful workout. He would rather see me do a move properly than to use too much weight “just to fit in”. Coach Tammy led both our before and after workout stretches. She demonstrated each movement and explained what body part we were warming up and cooling down. She also walked around during class helping individuals during the workout. It was like having to personal trainers to work with you as an individual, but also being part of a class and community. I love CrossFit ENG!

Since a very beginning every coach who worked with me took very good care of me. I know it's not easy because gym is for me something new, absolutely new experience, but they understand my limitations and always find me the program and exercises which are perfect for me. I'm greatful for everyone of them. Btw, they are so nice!!! I feel like I'm at home with my family. Thank you so much, great people.
