CrossFit Den Daas continues to impress me, from a member for over a year. Classes, equipment, coaching and members are outstanding. Nick and staff have so many opportunities to get into the gym.

We participated in the Murph this Memorial Day, and had a horribly great time! The workout kicked my butt, but the community was very positive and friendly. This made our experience unique from any other gym I’ve been to, highly recommend checking it out!

This experience has been a pleasant surprise. As someone new to fitness and CrossFit, I’ve really appreciated how patient, helpful, and motivating Nick has been. After just a month of classes and open gyms, I already feel noticeable improvements in my agility, flexibility, and endurance-which is especially important to me as I get older. The other members I’ve met have also been incredibly kind and supportive. I’m truly grateful for how comfortable and welcomed I feel here.

Saturday class was a good sweat. Coaching was helpful. I like to feel wrecked after class, I'm sure that would come with time. Gotta start slow and build up to prevent injuries. Showers would be a plus. Encouragement and positivity was and is always appreciated.
Coach Nick provides an encouraging environment whether you're ready to push yourself harder or need to scale back. The small class sizes make it easier to tailor the workouts to your needs while still providing an appropriate challenge.
Stopped by for a free trial and was immediately greeted and felted welcomed by the coach and other members. Coach Nick led an extensive warm up with exercise demonstrations and went through all the movements we would be doing. The workout itself went well with lots of encouragement and coaching. Overall great experience.

I’m from Florida and I’ve been dropping in this week at Den Daas and love it! I do crossfit because of the community feel that it gives and Den Daas feels like a home away from home! Coach Nick knows his stuff and makes it fun. Five starts for sure!
