It's awesome to be at gym with two phenomenal coaches. Andy, does a great job of showing any and all variations for each workout depending on skill level. He also has an unique way of being challenging while reassuring. I have grown so much over the year due to Andy's coaching and expertise.

I just recently started a membership at Solanas gym and let me tell you she is AMAZING. She focuses on form more than anything and does everything to make sure you are safe when working out. She will help me to set goals in the workouts and tailor it more towards the things I can do, to make sure I meet whatever the end goal may be. She is always very positive and encourages you when you are doing good! She is a great coach!

Had a great class tonight with Coach Andy. He gave me detailed instructions on how to improve my form on the Olympic lifts. With careful help from the coaches my lifting skills and strength have really increased over the last few months. Great place to work out!

Solana is an absolute rock star coach/trainer! She's patient and kind but knows when to push you to get the best results. She provides a safe and welcoming environment built on success and positive body image. After a year out of the gym after having a baby, my body just wasn't what it used to be, so to say the least, I was having a hard time getting back at it. Let me say, I've never worked harder and been so motivated to go to the gym. After 3 months, I'm beginning to "like" the gym and my new "baby" bod and its because Solana has provided an experience that is based on empowerment and success. Get ready for the hardest, but most exhilarating work out of your life! Thanks for kicking my butt on the regular lady!
