Chuck continues to demonstrate excellent coaching. Observant, good demo/explanation of movement, and quick to correct form. Not sure if possible but if class is smaller with only 1-2 per station, primary movement time could be shortened.

Overall the classes on Monday, Wednesday, Friday have been much more beneficial for me over the past few months. I feel like people would benefit from parascapular stabilization exercises on Monday/friday either during the warmup or as part of the program.

This was my first class and Chuck made me feel very comfortable by explaining how everything worked from the warm ups through the cool down. He helped me with my form on a few lifts, and made sure I knew that he was already available for questions/help. Really appreciated that!
