Karen’s coaching is the best in my opinion. She knows what my limits are and pushes me to give it a little bit more. When I succeed it makes me feel like I’ve accomplished something. Class was excellent today. The strength piece worked both our upper and lower body. The WOD got the heart rate going and we had super finisher that really tested our arm strength. Love B3 Gym Bootcamp 👍🏼💪🏼🙌🏼

The group class workout led by Karen was great. It integrated some basic body weight exercises in a way that really worked a wide range of different muscle groups. I look forward to the next one!

Karen is GREAT. I'm 12 sessions in on my Cross Fit adventure now and I have a lot of limitations, both from my level of fitness and my age and medical conditions. Karen does many things which I find very helpful in my exercise. For example, in my last workout (#12) She modified my workout to fit my conditions and she offered suggestions for improvement in my exercises by saying things like "Rich, slow down and squat lower" which I found works much better! She also ratchets the workouts up as I improve and become more fit. As I have heard said “The only easy day was yesterday” and I appreciate Karen’s coaching to make me better every day.
