I’ve attended 50 Jiu Jitsu classes (no prior experience). I have to muster the strength to show up after work. But at the end of every class I’m super glad I showed up. I’ve trained with coaches, Maurice, Caleb, and Richard. They are kind, attentive, knowledgeable, and role-models!!!

Drilling escapes from side control was helpful. A lot of usedul drills we practiced today. I like the overall structure of the class. Only critique would be that we could do more conditioning drills.

I think he did great. He really wanted us to get our movements down correctly since he kept making us do them over and over again. He doesn't move on to the next exercise until everyone's executed the motion well

Richard is a very likeable person and a fantastic coach. He's experienced in a diversity of martial arts styles and it shows, he has an intuitive way of explaining things, and I've made more progress in this short time than I have under any other coach's tutelage. Great coach, all around great guy!
