Today’s class was so great! It was tough but Coach Ana knows how to push you to your limits & challenges you so you see growth/improvement each week. I always leave Woke feeling stronger & happier. The best coaches & community!!

The atmosphere at Woke Athletics Gym is different from other places I’ve tried with the best coaches I’ve ever meet. Coach Saul is undoubtedly one of the best I've ever met. He helps me correct my form and corrects me on the exercises so I can do them correctly and avoid injuries. Today I left feeling stronger and more confident, which makes coming back something I actually look forward to. I felt challenged but supported, especially during the high-intensity intervals where they encouraged me to push just a bit harder.
Coach Saul did an amazing job with today’s workout. He guided me through a mix of strength exercises, carefully watching my form and offering adjustments to help me get the most out of each movement. What stood out to me was that he pushed us to the best of our abilities. When I asked him about the weight I was planning to do for an exercise, he told me he knew I could go heavier but he suggested I gave it a try first to see how I felt. I left feeling stronger and more confident, like I had really pushed myself without risking injury. This kind of focused coaching makes Woke Athletics Gym different from other places where you’re left to figure things out on your own. It’s clear that Saul cares about helping you improve safely and effectively.

Realmente con este tipo de entrenamiento y obviamente la dedicación que cada uno le ponga se pueden ver los resultados positivos en corto tiempo. Personalmente, me siento motivado porque en pocos meses he podido notar cambios visibles en mi fuerza y resistencia, y eso me impulsa a seguir 😌. Los entrenadores son excelentes; me gusta que han innovado en la forma del entrenamiento que , en comparación con un gimnasio convencional, el poder ejercitarte en Woke Athletics Gym lo hace menos rutinario y aburrido, lo que hace que realmente disfrute cada entrenamiento.

I joined WOKE in 2024 during a fall challenge. My plan was to only join for 1 month then continue my workouts at home and Crunch Gym. This place shortly felt like home. Everyone here is like family. Joining this gym has been one of the best decisions ever. I always look forward to working out with coach Ana and the rest of the peeps! Thank you for all that you guys do for us!

Got a good workout in today at Woke Athletics Gym. I really enjoy having small classes when we do because it feels more personal. It makes it better for the coach to be able to walk around and critique us on how we are doing, like noticing when my form starts to slip and reminding me to engage the right muscles.
