Excellent CrossFit gym with knowledgeable coaches, great programming, and a welcoming atmosphere. Everyone made it easy to return to the gym after not training for several years!

Believe me, the following is not hyperbole..,.this frickin place has changed my life. Lost weight - check Gained strength - check Met a whole new group of really diverse, fun, supportive people - check! You don't have to be fit to start. You don't have to be young to start! Just need to start.

I started CrossFit on June 10th, and after four months I can definitely say I feel stronger — both physically and mentally! The coaches are encouraging, knowledgeable, and truly care about your progress. The members are supportive and create such a positive, motivating atmosphere. I look forward to every class and always leave feeling accomplished. Highly recommend!

Jessie is an incredible coach. She’s helpful, supportive, upbeat and understanding. She’s everything you’d want in a great coach who not only teaches you how to do things but also why we do what we do all while motivating you along the way. She’s one of the many great trainers at WLRCF!

Coach Chris is everything I would want in a coach. I can double check about how much heavy weight to lift, and he can observe how hard to push or not based off form or me getting over an injury. That brings me peace of mind. Him being a Physical Therapist and an excellent CrossFit coach has been the perfect help for me improving. Couldn’t be more pleased.

Coach Laney was fantastic! I have not been coached in a very long time and welcome pointers to make my workouts more effective and safer for my body. Her approach was kind and inviting and made me want to try the small adjustments (as opposed to feeling nit-picked). We rely on childcare in our current gym, but I may be interested in private coaching here as I continue to advance in my fitness journey because of my great experience.

Great! Coach Jessie gave constant feedback and encouragement. Coach Laney set me up for success while Coach Jessie was working with other attendees. Made for a very enjoyable workout with good form and realistic goals!

Sean was the coach in my most recent group class. It was a strength session focusing on cleans for load. Sean talked to me about my goals and encouraged me to go for it in the last lift. And I nailed it!

WLCF is a friendly place filled with positive hardworking people who are fun to be around. This is definitely not a meat head gym. Several of the members are amazing athletes but there are wide variations of skill and ability among the members and we all encourage each other. All the coaches are excellent at explaining and demonstrating the movements in each workout and helping you determine what works best for you. Every time I leave there I’m thinking about the next workout and looking forward to it.

I always have a great experience at West Little Rock CrossFit. Today I was coached by Chris, and what’s really cool is that I had no idea how much more I could handle in a safe and functional way, until he gave me the push I didn’t know I needed. The people, the atmosphere and the experience are second to none!

Coach Brian is always so encouraging. He meets each person at their own level and encourages them to prove to themselves that they’re worth pushing through the workout. He creates a safe environment for growth and accountability.
