Class started on time and the warmup and workout were clearly explained from a technical and strategy perspective… once the workout began Luke was present, encouraging and spread his attention around the class equally. Class ended on time as well. Nice and efficient day of fitness.

I liked how Kris put us in pairs to hold each other accountable on our front squats. I also liked how we were given several options on how to approach the lifting session. Great class!

William is the consummate professional. On days when I feel like I just can’t get after it he motivates me to absolutely crush. I often see him taking time to walk the neighborhood abuelitas across the street to make sure they’re safe from the insane LA drivers. He makes it feel like not just a CrossFit gym, but a CrossFit Family. Five stars.

As always Kris is an expert in preparing our bodies to move with the most efficiency which is very helpful on a day like today with higher skill movements. Because of that, I got the most out of myself that I could and was able to push without risk of injury.

The class today was skill-wise challenging for me. Movements are within grasp but not always there. Will provided individual suggestions on how to improve the movements, which made a ton of difference. Even at the age of 57 it is gratifying to make improvement. I love Will’s focus on moving right and how he forces us to comprehend why and how.

Today’s class was fun! The combination of rope climbs, strict pull-ups, and wall walks were both challenging and rewarding. It was exciting to see the progress I’ve made from consistently practicing these movements. A huge part of that progress comes from Coach Will’s coaching during the workouts—his direct feedback on my form and technique helps me improve each time. His guidance not only pushes me but also gives me the confidence to tackle movements I once found intimidating.

I loved working out in Coach Hannah’s class! She took the time to make beginners and new members like myself feel comfortable. Her light demeanor makes her very approachable and gives me the confidence to ask more questions when I don't understand a movement. She scaled a few movements, still keeping them challenging enough so I can improve get a good workout!

Fun warmup prepared us for all movements. We ran late to start the workout, but she helped mitigate that by suggesting people scale their run distances. She suggested scales that seemed to work for class. Kept it fun and kept us moving. Helped reinforce mechanics on TTB and thrusters during and after class. She’s a ray of sunshine at 515.

Today's training was a success, and with the advice and insights (I'm really bad at rowing) that Kris gave me, I was able to improve my result by 26 seconds better than last time! Also, Kris is one of the people with a long career in the sport of CrossFit, and we are very lucky to have her as a coach, thanks Kris Clever!

Luke is friendly, fun, and knowledgeable. I’m currently suffering from an injury, and he is very thoughtful when giving me scales to do the workouts safely. He doesn’t make me feel like a burden or less than because I can’t to the movements as prescribed, which I appreciate. He’s also very encouraging and pushes when appropriate. He’s also knowledgeable in terms of the sport of CrossFit and gives excellent whiteboard breakdowns on workout strategy.

Kris is outstanding; very professional m, knowledgeable, attentive. Her underscoring the importance of form, and demonstrating or diagramming what is meant is critical. I am 79 years old with more than a fair amount of injuries that have to be addressed in order. Form we to perform any of the movements, exercises; some I am not able to do. Kris is mindful of these issues and adapts the workout (or modified my movements) accordingly and so that I can get the maximum benefit from working out. Nothing is easy; I am challenged, winded, sweat & love it. My Physical Therapist always mentions the progress made since starting cross fit. I am appreciative of Kris & Hannah making it possible for me to participate, I look forward to mastering form, gaining strength, balance, flexibility & making progress in other areas. With expertise, guidance & patience of both Kris & Hannah I expect to accomplish this (and hopefully more),
