My first time at VC and it was great. The space was thoughtfully organized, I had more than enough room, the equipment was top notch and the gym was super clean, even the bathrooms! I have been doing xfit for many years and Tyler was giving me cues mid workout that helped a bunch. The classmates were friendly and overall the vibe was great. Highly recommend this gym!

Coach Maria was incredibly sweet positive and supportive! She took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable and motivated throughout the workout.
Tyler is fastidiously form-focused. He provided feedback that improved my deadlift form and encouraged me to make changes to achieve faster jump rope. I appreciate Tyler’s eye for details.
Tyler was great and super helpful with some feedback with my front squat. This was my first time dropping into the gym and it was a super welcoming environment. I would for sure drop in again next time I’m in town.

Great workout! I was kinda nervous taking the class without a gym partner but Alex took the time and patience to go through the WOD more than once. He made sure I understood each workout and helped me push it through the class!

Tom did a great job. He had good presence while going through the workout and clearly explained and demonstrated the movements. He also made it a point to call out people by name which is always a welcome touch.

Tyler did fantastic :) One recommendation on bench is to coach people how to find their unique grip width. If the standard width (and wrist angle) creates discomfort in wrist, elbows, and/or shoulders, there are adjustments and they can do. Pertaining to coaching, all good. Thanks for the great workouts!

Tom is an amazing coach. Even though it’s a group class, he’s very attentive to each individual’s needs and abilities. He’ll work with me directly multiple times during a class to help me improve my form, and adjust the workout to align with my capabilities. He’s also a great cheerleader, who calls out people by name to offer encouragement and congratulations. Tom’s a superstar coach, and he really does a great job making people feel good about what they accomplish each day, and also works hard to build a supportive community among all the participants. Couldn’t ask for more!
Great class today. I appreciated including jump rope in the warmup for extra practice. the extra few minutes in the warmup helped me achieve a few unbroken DU in the WOD
