The class was great! Dave did a great job explaining the workout. I liked spending a shorter amount of time at each station and moving through the routine 6 times.

Love Dave’s classes because it is a combination of strengthening, core and conditioning all together. However I think we can use more core exercises to target the abdomen with summer around the corner.

Coach got our heart rate up in today’s fun conditioning session! Loved the variety of exercises and appreciated how the timing pushed you hard and left just enough for a quick recovery before moving on. Awesome group of people who are enthusiastic and encouraging! Thanks Dave!

I've got to hand it to Dave - the guy's always 'on' first thing in the morning, even when I'm barely functioning. Today's class was no different: he was there to give me a boost during my least favorite rotation. Sometimes it's a minor adjustment to my technique, and other times it's just some friendly banter on the bike to take my mind off things.

Today was a great workout. I like when we use weights and resistance bands in the same station. They compliment each other while working muscle groups in a different way. I also appreciate feedback on form and suggestions on when to increase weight to optimize results. I really like the elevated split squats and the track bar for toning legs.

I really enjoy working out at TwoWolves. Great workouts. The exercises are challenging and love having conditioning classes which my old gym no longer provided. Also like that David rotates the exercises. Great workouts.
