Dave is the best! Even with an injury, Dave guides your training to ensure you get the most out of the session while working with you through your recovery. He helps you maintain your consistency and commitment to health! Dave also does an exceptional job at pairing exercises to create a program which challenges just enough to get the most out of your time there.
Training with Dave is always a great experience! He brings an amazing dynamic to every group session, he is positive, motivating, and always encouraging. He knows how to push everyone to do their best while still keeping the workouts fun and accessible. Highly recommend giving Two Wolves a chance!

Came back for the first time today after being out a few months from an injury. Dave is very understanding and assisted in modifying my workout so I can ease back in. I really missed going and glad I am back!

Today was my first class and I really enjoyed it! Dave is very helpful, always guiding and giving clear instructions. The atmosphere is great too – everyone in the group is enthusiastic and supportive, which makes it feel like a friendly community. I’m happy I joined!
Today was one of the best workouts ever. Great variety, good tempo, kept everything moving, but still got the muscles working. went quick as always. Good energy from Dave and everybody else.
Awesome workout. Loved the nine minute bike after the ropes / pull down combo — it made it very difficult and challenging in the best way. I also love the music today! Two wolves is one of my favorites and i am able to feel like myself through the exercises
First class was really great. I got my customary welcome introduction and paired with a veteran to go through the exercise sets. I loved how Dave came around and coached me through each station. Checked to make sure I was doing the correct moves and focused on the right muscles. Glad to say, I’m really happy to be here. Running with the “Two wolves” pack.

Awesome workout session- coach Dave is always on the lookout to make sure you have the right form. The sessions are always exciting and different each week. He keeps the workouts interesting and not boring. Awesome place! Highly recommended.
I liked the new strength circuit. A good mix of upper, lower and core. Dave keeps it positive and makes sure each of us gets a benefit.
Two Wolves Fitness is an excellent gym to work out in. Members are super friendly and encouraging. Dave is a great coach, always pushing you to do your best! I’ve been coming for over a year now and really look forward to my workouts. I see the results of how much stronger I’ve become. Overall a fun and positive experience. Small class sizes and challenging workouts.
Dave has been my coach for a few years and he is still teaching me! Today he reminded me to keep my head in the right position when doing an arm row using the rings. I love a correction!

The class was great! Dave did a great job explaining the workout. I liked spending a shorter amount of time at each station and moving through the routine 6 times.

Love Dave’s classes because it is a combination of strengthening, core and conditioning all together. However I think we can use more core exercises to target the abdomen with summer around the corner.

I really enjoy working out at TwoWolves. Great workouts. The exercises are challenging and love having conditioning classes which my old gym no longer provided. Also like that David rotates the exercises. Great workouts.
