After a long trip, the workout today at Trubliss Fitness helped me to feel more comfortable in my body and get back to my usual routine. The session included a mix of stretching and light strength exercises that eased the stiffness I was carrying from travel. The coach guided me through movements that gently reactivated my muscles without overwhelming me, checking in frequently to adjust the pace and intensity based on how I was feeling. It was exactly what I needed to reconnect with my normal rhythm and leave the gym feeling more grounded and energized.
She is the literal best! I’ve always been nervous of going to the gym and not knowing what to do. Diana, and the other coaches, thoroughly explain every movement and the different ways it can be done to accommodate your body. For example bad wrists, hips, knees, etc. it’s a very welcoming and supportive environment. I love it a Trubliss
I really enjoyed today’s class! Coach Diane is very attentive and makes sure everyone is doing the exercises correctly. Her energy is amazing—she keeps the class fun, engaging, and motivating from start to finish. I always leave feeling stronger and more confident. Highly recommend her classes!
My session was great. Diana made sure my form was correct and counted reps for me. She is professional and welcoming. I am not the most comfortable with free weights, but she made it easier.

I was nervous showing up to the workout classes offered during the Open House, but Diana was a great coach! I loved her approach in showing us the moves beforehand and throughout the class corrected my form and cheered me on. I felt motivated to finish strong and enjoyed the classes.

Annette did a great job guiding me to continue my workout after hurting my left elbow area today. She adjusted the weight for my left arm & it made a difference. I was able to continue with the class without pain. I am appreciative for her support & excellent coaching. She also gave me tips on how to care for my left arm at home.

Sherell was so fun and encouraging at this mornings dance class. The choreography was easy to follow for someone with no rhythm. 10/10 recommend.
Diana is a very positive and encouraging instructor. She has a unique routine for every class thats sinked with kick a$$ music and watches over the group working out making sure our form is correct. I love my morning workouts and with consistency have seen a huge change in my body, mind and spirit. I feel like I can keep up with everyday challenges, work and kids schedules all because of Diana's encouraging gym atmosphere and killer workouts!

I've been coming to Trubliss fitness for a while now, and I can confidently say it's the best class I've ever taken. What stands out most is Diana’s expertise and positive energy. She provides clear explanations for every exercise and always offer hands-on adjustments to ensure I'm using the proper form. As someone who cares about getting the most effective workout and avoiding injury, this is hugely important to me.

I love Diana's personal approach in a group setting. She's constantly encouraging me and the other ladies, and always keeps an eye on our form to prevent injuries.

Diana is an amazing coach! I had not worked out in a little over a year since I’ve just had a baby 3 months ago and I’ve been finding my rhythm again when it comes to working out. Diana makes me feel comfortable and always helps me fix my posture. I’ve had a great experience so far at Trubliss fitness thanks to Diana and all the coaches!
Monthly Yoga has been awesome. The combination of resistance and stretching is a nice change of pace from strength training. Nadine does an amazing job setting the ambiance, and guides you through the movements. A great way to start Saturday mornings.
Diana always brings a fun energy to the class! Her classes flow so well and she keeps you motivated to push yourself harder than you would if you were working out solo. Diana is motivating. It's important that she shows me the correct form as a woman in her late fifties. She goes above and beyond to be helpful and repeat the exercise and forms. I enjoy my workouts with her.

Mia is great! Really like how she asks us about our goals and what we would like to work on during each session.
It was my first Pilates class ever, I liked how Mia explained how each move benefited different parts of the body, she would tell us to imagine various situations which helped me move my body the correct way, and she added bits of interesting information about the history of Pilates, how it developed, and that made the time fly by ! The movements were challenging but I never felt pressured or intimidated, Mia was patient and very nice. Overall, I enjoyed the class and I want to return.

Today was my first class and I really enjoyed it! I was a little lost at times because I didn't know that we went at our own pace, but then received immediate help and was able to get back on track. Can’t wait for the next class!

Love Trubliss and Coach Diana! Challenging workouts and a great atmosphere. Love the proper warm up and cools downs as well. I especially love the tougher days with less rest in between sets.
I had a great workout tonight my first class was wonderful all the ladies were great this has been what I have been missing.
Diana greeted everyone at the door with a smile and positive words. I appreciate how we always start right on time. It was a challenging workout, but her encouragement kept me going. I like the pace of the class and I never get bored. I like the visual video screens that show me the current movement we are working on. Diana positive attitude and her ability to connect with each person is valuable.
Dropped in on Monday 5am class, always a nice start to the week! Class with Coach Diana is always fresh and exciting; always gets us motivated to start the day, week, month, etc. Trubliss is the most amazing gym and community 💪
