Classes have been very enjoyable so far, i've been learning a lot and Jenn does a great job of explaining how to do things properly. She is also very patient with having to keep reminding me to adjust my form! The other people in class have also been very welcoming and helpful!!

I enjoyed the class. It was intimidating at first because I haven't lifted weights using a barbell before. Jen was very encouraging, supportive and made sure I was doing it correctly to avoid injury.

It was a great class for my first CrossFit experience. Very welcoming atmosphere, which is refreshing when the idea of your first CrossFit class can be quite intimidating to some people. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. I’ve been active in many sports and outdoor activities my entire life and this class kicked my butt (in a good way, I love a good challenge). Hope to be back again soon. Thanks.

Great atmosphere! Everyone was encouraging and welcoming. I like working at my own pace and challenging myself without pressure. Clear instruction to the workout made it easier to keep proper form also.

Jenn is an effervescent joy of a coach. She makes you feel comfortable and at ease during workouts. She’s also genuinely interested in getting to know everyone’s individual goals and limitations and keeps that at the forefront of the class. I really enjoyed my first class and can’t wait to go back.

I an truly enjoying my workouts at Tried and True. Jenn is great at explaining what and how to do it (I am a newbie) and keeps me motivated. Initially I was intimidated by the workouts as posted but found that with appropriate modifications I am able to do the workout.

I love that Jenn pushes me and sees my full potential when I can't see it at times. She never gives up on me when I am not able to do a movement and always gives me some kind of modification to keep working towards my goals.

I love coming to tried and true because we always work on the movements of the wod and Jen walks around and corrects our movements. The workouts programed are fun and they are a true crossfit workout. You can adjust them to your own discretion
