Coach Ricky brought strong positive energy, motivational attitude, and detailed support, in today’s class and as usual! He explained the workout clearly with demonstrations, organized the large class into groups to effectively use the equipment in turns, and paired people up by fitness level as needed. In general I noticed Coach Ricky working with several of the newer members (2 or 3 classes total), giving them personalized instruction and, importantly, lots of encouragement. He called them by name and made a point to high five everyone, throughout the class. Personally, he helped me several times today, offering correction on form for the jump squats, and calling me out for not getting my chest to ground for burpees! (i liked it). I also noticed he carefully watched me and others as we lifted heavy for back squats, felt good to have an extra, experienced set of eyes. Class ended and Coach Ricky stayed late to help several of us who were stretching and a bit sore — he is dedicated! Looking forward to next class
Coach Brian is the best! During yesterday’s session, he gave us clear tips on how to be efficient in our movements, breaking down each step so we knew exactly how to transition smoothly from the push press to the back squat to the thruster. His guidance helps me conserve energy and maintain proper form, which makes the whole workout flow better and feel more effective. And when I’m nervous about the squat clean, he’s nothing but encouraging. Thanks Coach!
I highly recommend Coach Jane. She is an incredible instructor who brings so much energy and positivity to every session. She really takes the time to correct form and make sure everyone is keeping up. If you’re looking for a coach who is motivating and knowledgeable, Jane is the best!
Class started on time, and the workout was explained clearly and appropriately. Some of the more complex moves were a bit hard to recall during the session, but Jane was more than happy to explain them again whenever I asked. On multiple occasions, she gave me detailed feedback on my form and technique, pointing out small adjustments that made a noticeable difference in how the exercises felt. What I really appreciated was how patient and understanding Jane was when giving that feedback - she never rushed or made me feel self-conscious, which helped me stay focused and confident throughout the class. The combination of clear instruction and thoughtful corrections made the session both challenging and manageable.

I like to be in coach Jane class because she provides feedback on proper posture during the workout. She also helps in selecting the right intensity of the workout and it has always been correct. Her personal attention in the group class makes her my favorite coach.
Great size class - everyone was friendly - Coach Kristian guided me through each exercise well and gave lots of good tips on how to improve my form.
Great workout! Coach Kristian was very warm and welcoming. The other members were amazing as well. Coach Kristian walked me through the workout and paired me with one of the members. Since it was my first time working out in a long time, he gave me some tips on how to not overdo it. Overall a great experience!

I love the way you pushed me to go heavier weights during the session. You carefully watched my form throughout each lift, correcting my posture and making sure I was safe, then encouraged me to add more weight when I hesitated.

The highlight of today's workout was definitely the way the coach guided me through each exercise with great attention. The mix of strength and cardio drills kept the session engaging and challenging without feeling overwhelming. I left feeling energized and accomplished, like I had really pushed myself but in a smart way. This kind of focused coaching is why Tribe Strength & Fitness stands out - it's not just about working hard but working right.
Coach Brian is motivational and always helps me go just a little further than I thought I could. We did some bilateral training and learned about the benefits of some of our smaller muscle groups. Highly recommend!

He’s super attentive, gives great advice on correcting form, and always takes the time to address any concerns you might have. He knows exactly how to push you the right amount, and his strength training workouts amazing. Highly recommend!

I always enjoy Coach Kristian! He’s supportive and a great instructor! He always encourages you but if you’re having an off day, he always works with you to find alternate movement. He is so personable and easy to talk to. I really enjoy him!
Coach Kristian is amazing as always. He's always supporting me through various workout, making sure we have good form and happy to provide modifications for anyone with injuries or other pain points. His classes are always filled with fun banter and I love starting my mornings attending them.
While Coach Kristian is everything you would want in terms of knowing how to break down movements, make corrections to form…what he also brings is a sense of levity and fun to the class. He knows how to balance out the serious and the enjoyment. It is a good reminder that a gym is not only for fitness, but also can be a really good time.
