Ashton made me feel so welcomed today! It was my first time at TRIBE Fitness and I absolutely loved it. From the moment I walked in, the energy of the gym was inviting and motivating. Ashton noticed right away when I hesitated on some of the weights and encouraged me to lift heavier, adjusting my form to make sure I was safe but challenged. When I struggled through a tough set, she was right there with words of encouragement that kept me going. The whole session felt personalized and energizing, and I left feeling stronger and more confident than when I arrived.
I started coming to TRIBE Fitness in December 2025. My only regret is not starting sooner. Over the past months, I have lost 100 pounds, and during that journey, I often felt too big and out of place for a gym. But from the moment I stepped into TRIBE Fitness, I felt supported and encouraged in a way I hadn’t experienced before. Every coach has been genuinely invested - they notice when my form needs adjustment, help me modify exercises to fit my current level, and celebrate the small victories along the way. The classes are challenging but welcoming, with an energy that keeps me motivated even on days I don’t feel like showing up. I have become addicted to the workouts and the community, and I hate when I have to miss a class because I look forward to that time to push myself and connect. Thank you, TRIBE Fitness!
This was my first class at Tribe. I’ll say that it kicked my butt! But I loved the energy, the instruction, and the workouts were hard but effective! Jill took her time with me to explain the facility and help with my form.
What’s one positive change you’ve noticed since joining TRIBE Fitness? My mindset is challenged. I feel like two people. The old and the new. My carnal nature and the spirit where my purpose and passion are seated is being shaken by what Deanna and her coaches are building.
It’s always a great workout when Kris is coaching at TRIBE Fitness. She challenges me with a mix of strength and cardio exercises that push my limits, like carefully timed intervals and weight circuits that leave me feeling both exhausted and energized. Kris pays close attention to my form, stepping in to adjust my posture or suggest a slight increase in weight when I’m ready, which motivates me to keep improving. She knows exactly when to push harder and when to encourage me to catch my breath, making each session feel personalized and effective. Thanks for a great workout!!
Took my very first METCON class and had such a great experience! Ashton and Chelsea were AMAZING coaches! They were super encouraging, clear with instructions, and great about checking form and offering modifications. They made a challenging class feel welcoming and fun. I can’t wait to come back!

I am very new to TRIBE Fitness; this was actually only my 3rd class. This class was HARD, in the best way. The workout pushed me through a series of intense exercises that tested my endurance and strength, leaving me feeling challenged but proud of what I accomplished. What really stood out was the energy in the room - the coaches and fellow members kept the momentum high, constantly encouraging everyone to push just a little bit further. That drive to succeed made the whole experience feel electric and motivating. Great class, and I’m already looking forward to the next one.

Class was great today and Deanna did amazing! The rows were my favorite. When I joined I could not do a sit up- now I can, and more. My clothes fit better, I feel better and I feel stronger!
I had coach Chelsea Willis and Johnna Silvester as my coaches at my first class and all I can say is, I am sore in the best way!! I absolutely loved this class. I was nervous getting back into the gym after being out of it for a long time, having my second baby during this break, and not knowing what my fitness level would prove to be. The women at this gym are so kind and supportive, they made me feel comfortable and encouraged throughout the class. The energy at this gym is palpable and even though you are (literally) working your butt off, you will feel hardcore and motivated the whole time!

I had a great first visit! My class was a freebie and that was nice. This was my first bootcamp class in years, it was not disappointing. I definitely feel worked. Deanna introduced herself then circulated during class. She gave feedback on proper form to reduce injury and increase quality of results, a big thumbs up. The gym and equipment was clean and set up for class in stations. Check in was easy. The class was large but with plenty of room to move and not be in each other's space. All in all great class. I will definitely drop in when visiting town.

She can tell the exact moment I start getting in my head and slowing down, and right then she steps in with just the right encouragement! Whether it’s reminding me to focus on my breathing or calling out small adjustments to my form, she keeps me moving and motivated!! The classes themselves at TRIBE Fitness are challenging but energizing, with a mix of strength and cardio that really leaves me feeling accomplished. Deanna’s ability to read how I’m doing and keep me going makes every session something I look forward to, even on days when I feel like giving up.

I’m 4 months in at Tribe and I can absolutely say that it has changed my life! I started out so out of shape due to an unforeseen illness that almost took my quality of life away. I was drained mentally and physically. Now I’m working out 6 days a week, I have so much energy and a newfound confidence that I love ❤️ The coaches here are amazing, encouraging and they hold you accountable! Every class is different and challenging so boredom never comes in to play! I love everything about Tribe and it’s exactly what I needed in order to help my body during a diagnosis of cancer. In a time where I wanted to shrink back and give into depression it helped me live again and I’m forever grateful ❤️

I’ve tried several gyms with similar group workout formats, but TRIBE Fitness is truly unique. Every aspect from the carefully planned workouts to the attentive coaching. TRIBE provides 1 on 1 training even in a class of 30+ people. The workouts change daily 🙌 I find myself excited to be there and eager to push through. Deanna has truly created something special in TRIBE. I only regret not joining TRIBE sooner.

Had the best workout that kicked my butt! The combination of strength and cardio exercises kept my heart racing and muscles burning in the best way. The environment at TRIBE Fitness was amazing - bright, clean, and full of positive energy - and everyone was so nice and welcoming, which made me feel very comfortable, especially since I have gym anxiety. Deanna made sure to motivate everyone by calling out encouragement and checking in on how we were doing throughout the session. She kept everyone on track with the timing and form, and definitely pushed me in the best way by adjusting exercises to match my pace while challenging me to go a little further. I left feeling both exhausted and proud, excited to come back. I can’t wait to start at the mobile location and see what new workouts they have in store!

This was my first trial class today! It was overwhelming at first because I workout alone at home, so a class setting was different but fun! I caught on quickly, the coaches were great, giving me tips and pointers on form and also giving me praise…. I loved it!

Ashton is probably the most intentional instructor I’ve ever encountered in a gym. I enjoy working out, especially in a group setting, but haven’t found a space I’ve felt comfortable in since early high school. Over the years I’ve had several toxic coaches who focus more on the weight on the rack than the form or the person, so TRIBE has been a breath of fresh air. From knowing my name when I enter to fixing my form without any judgment, Ashton has truly been incredible! I’m excited to continue my journey with this group and can’t wait to see Ashton again tomorrow!

I’ve been out for a while due to different things, and sometimes just getting back into the rhythm of 5:00 am workouts can be hard. When I showed up, Kris welcomed me back with a big smile and a hug! There was no awkward “where have you been?” question - just a warm, genuine “Happy you’re back!” That simple, positive greeting instantly lifted my mood and made me feel like I truly belonged again. The energy in the gym at that early hour was surprisingly motivating, and Kris’s attitude set the tone for a workout that felt both challenging and encouraging right from the start. It reminded me why I keep coming back to TRIBE Fitness.

I have so much to be thankful for. I recently got married in September, bought a home in June, found TRIBE after finding out the devastating news that Bay City was closing. But through TRIBE, i’ve discovered a new confidence in myself. I feel so much stronger. I didn’t know i could push myself this hard! I absolutely enjoy waking up at 4am to work out in the morning. Thank you Jesus for bringing me to TRIBE and for all the blessings i’ve gotten this year.

I’ve been going to Tribe Fitness for over a year now, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself. Johnna keeps the class going by keeping you engaged and encouraged. The phases like “ I know it’s hard , but you can do this. Simple as it sounds it helps me . Like she feels me and that’s what truly matters . I also love how she makes sure your form is right so you’re getting the best out of each exercise.

I had been putting off working out post baby because I was intimidated. I was scared I wouldn’t make it through the class, but I did! The session was tough but manageable, with a well-balanced mix of cardio intervals that got my heart pumping and strength exercises that challenged different muscle groups without overwhelming me. The variety kept me engaged the whole time, and even when I felt like slowing down, the pace encouraged me to keep going. Johnna stayed close the entire time, offering encouragement with a genuine smile and stepping in to help me modify moves when I needed it. She noticed when my form started to falter and adjusted my posture, which made each exercise feel safer and more effective. That personal attention made a huge difference in my confidence and stamina throughout the session. By the end, I felt proud and energized - like I had really accomplished something important for myself. My body was tired but in a good way, and mentally I felt stronger. It was exactly the push I needed to get back into fitness, and the supportive atmosphere at TRIBE Fitness made it feel welcoming rather than intimidating. Everyone’s positive energy and the coach’s attentiveness created a space where I felt comfortable showing up and pushing my limits.

This was my first class and Ashton was warm and welcoming. She gave me a tour of the gym floor and told me how everything would operate before the class started. Ashton kept an eye on me throughout the circuit to make sure that I was doing well and to check my form. I had a great experience and will definitely be coming back!

My workout this morning was AMAZING!! The coaching was professional and phenomenal. I felt at home and was glad to see so many friendly faces. Very thankful for the amazing coaches at TRIBE Fitness. I am 58 years old and have never worked out before, so walking into the gym felt intimidating at first. But the coaches are extremely helpful and patient with me - they take the time to explain each exercise clearly, demonstrate proper form, and adjust the movements to match my ability. They check in regularly to see how I’m feeling and encourage me without pressure, which makes me feel supported and confident every session. Their guidance has made a huge difference in my progress and comfort level, turning what I thought would be a difficult experience into something I look forward to.

Tried my first class at Tribe today. Ashton was the coach. She pushed us to perform at our max potential and was very upbeat and encouraging. It was a good experience. Would like to try some more classes in the future.

I enjoyed getting to demo the workout today! The cardio session with D was a great challenge - we moved through intervals that really got my heart rate up, mixing sprints and jump rope. D kept a close eye on my form and encouraged me to push just a bit harder without overdoing it. It felt like a solid, energizing workout that left me sweaty but satisfied. The atmosphere at TRIBE Fitness always makes cardio days feel motivating rather than tedious, which is why I keep coming back.

Tribe is the best! The coaches push you, all the members are super encouraging and the vibe is unmatched.
Signed up to “get in shape”, stayed for the emotional and physical torture. Deanna has an uncanny ability to spot me taking a break from across the room and immediately shout “you dropped your weight Nicole!” or “it’s not time for a break Nicole!” I’ve learned that I have muscles that I didn’t even know existed and now they stay sore constantly. Highly recommend if you enjoy being bullied into better health. 😂
I’ve been going to TRIBE since January and I love that there is never a boring day, a mediocre workout, or even a day where I didn’t feel like I worked out hard enough. I would never push myself like this if I worked out alone. This gym is exactly what I needed to help me prioritize my health. The friends I’ve made along the way have been incredible as well. I can’t recommend TRIBE Fitness enough!

Incredible experience. Getting to see Tribe fitness in person was so inspiring. I interned with Deanna in college and it’s amazing to see the community she has built in Saraland. I have had two very enjoyable classes. Today’s class was my favorite because I enjoy cardio, but I need strength training too. I was so very appreciative of the attention I received from Ms. Ashton today and the encouraging words. I am awkward at the moment as I’ve not exercised in three years or better, and everyone was so kind. Ms. Ashton made sure I had steady footing with my old knee and helped me at each station so that I received the most out of the workout. Definitely plan to attend again.
Coach Johnna did a great job keeping her word today. She said the goal was to keep our heart rate up and that she did! 😅🙂 Her instructions were clear and she guided the class on each station well. Thank you!

I LOVED my experience today. This was my first time going and I was super anxious before coming in because it’s been forever since I’ve worked out. It ended up being amazing and the coach (blonde hair- I don’t know what her name was 🥲) was so nice and helpful. I needed a smaller weight at a station and she went and got it for me and made sure I was good to go and made sure my form was correct. I’ll definitely be back!

I always get so anxious about these kind of classes bc I worry about my but Deanna made sure to correct me when needed (in an encouraging way). I’m not a morning person but felt refreshed and ready to go after the 5am class!

The positive energy through out was so up lifting during the entire class! Everyone was so welcoming. Can’t wait to go back to another class though! One of the best workouts I’ve ever had! I can’t say enough amazing things about this gym and my favorite trainer, Deanna! From the moment you walk in, the energy is contagious—but it’s Deanna who truly makes it magical. She’s full of life, motivation, and encouragement, and somehow knows exactly how to push you while still making it fun. Every time I work out with her, my whole day gets better. It’s not just about the exercise either it’s about the atmosphere she creates. The women here are incredible! The vibe is supportive and uplifting! I always leave feeling stronger, happier, and more confident!
As always, the coaching, work out and facility is top-notch! You are so motivating, genuine and hilarious! Coming to your gym is the highlight of my day! Thank you for everything you do!!

I love getting a strength workout in here! I am both challenged and encouraged and get to workout alongside hardworking women who are also there to cheer on one another. If you want an encouraging atmosphere where you feel comfortable in going after your fitness goals, then this is your place. As a SAHM, I am so grateful for the FREE childcare!

This is my third session - I just started this week. So convenient as I live literally across the street. I'm dying but I'm LOVING being pushed. I'm not good holding myself accountable so I love the community and accountability! I go to the 5:40 and am way more productive throughout the day by starting this way.

I have joined the gym multiple times over the years but didn’t really know what to do and didn’t stick with it because I never felt like I was getting anywhere. But Deanna’s gym gives me push and knowledge that I needed! If the soreness is any indication of how it’s working internally then I am on the right path! Lol. Such a welcoming, encouraging environment! I look forward to the upcoming months of becoming the best version of me.
