Jecenta was very personable and welcoming when I first walked in. Her instructions were clear and she was kind to remind me when I forgot what was next exercise. She constantly encouraged me (but wasn’t over bearing).
The coach was very encouraging and great at checking form. The workout is very challenging. The only thing that could make it better would be maybe having a white board at each station so that if you forget you can just read it.
This was my first class in over 2 years everyone was so pleasant, friendly, supportive and helpful. Thank you!

My first Tribal Fit class was AMAZING. Not only could I not lift my arms after all the upper body work, I felt welcomed in a way I never have before in a fitness class, by Jecenta and everyone else in class. Jecenta’s coaching style made working hard so fun. I can’t wait to go back!

Since joining Tribal Fit, I’ve noticed some real changes in my body and fitness. I’ve lost inches around my waist and hips, which shows the workouts are actually making a difference. I’m also much stronger - lifting weights that used to feel heavy now feel manageable, and my muscles feel more defined. But what stands out most is my stamina; I can push through longer sessions without feeling wiped out like before. The workouts challenge me in a way that builds endurance steadily, so I leave feeling accomplished rather than drained. Tribal Fit has helped me improve in a balanced way - strength, size, and endurance all moving forward together.

I went to Tribal Fit for the first time and it was definitely a different type of workout, but in the best way. I could feel all my muscles working, and I actually had a great time doing it. Jecenta was an amazing coach and really kept us pushed and focused. If you’re looking for a strict, challenging regimen, I would definitely recommend it. Bonus points that they also have a space for kids!

Today was a push for sure, plus my first day back from having pneumonia so it was rough but well worth the effort! I think the variety of exercises was great, but I could have used 5-10 more seconds of recovery between them. The music was fantastic! Also, having the board with the exercises planned out I think helps prep everyone for the type of workout they’re bout to do. Overall a great class! Thank you!
Today’s upper body workout was amaaaaazing!! I loved the structure, focusing on one muscle group at each station. Oh and the playlist was on 🔥 Every class I’ve attended since I joined in September 2025 has been great… challenging but fun! And energy and encouragement Coach J and Coach AJ provide is AMAZING!
First class and it was a challenging but effective workout. The “Leg Day” session pushed my limits with a mix of squats, lunges, and step-ups that made every muscle burn. Jecenta coached us up throughout, constantly checking our form, encouraging us to keep going, and motivating us with just the right balance of energy and support. The environment at Tribal Fit is inviting - bright, clean, and filled with people who are focused but friendly, which made it easy to stay motivated. Highly recommend!

Coach J is an amazing pusher, accountability partner, and listener. Over this past quarter at Tribal Fit, my self-discipline has really increased thanks to her consistent check-ins and encouragement. What makes working with her special is how she goes beyond just physical training. She helps me break through mental barriers I didn’t even realize were holding me back. Whether it’s adjusting my form mid-rep to protect my shoulders or offering a few quiet words of encouragement when my energy dips halfway through a circuit, her ability to sense when I need a challenge versus when I need support makes every session feel tailored and effective. Each workout leaves me feeling stronger not only in body but in mindset - more confident, more focused. Working with Coach J at Tribal Fit has changed how I approach my workouts and completely shifted how I view my own limits. Last but not least because I gotta when she says, “That was Good,” 😂😂😂you know she has pushed us to the absolute limit, making every rep count.

I have attended class for awhile now. Initially, was very intimidating. However, happy I didn't up. I enjoy attending class. Coach Jecenta has made a huge impact on helping me be more motivated and consistent with coming to class. Coach J's teaching style is very positive. She is truly patient and effective. She is also good about ensuring the proper technique is used, along with helping you to complete the exercise movement s. I am feeling stronger and more stable during class exercises. Today was amazing because Coach J encouragement helped me step it up a notch.

Wow, I can't even put into words how much I loved that intense, gritty fitness session. There were times I almost wanted to quit, but everyone there, the team and the other members, kept me going. They made me feel like giving up wasn’t an option and to just keep pushing. Exactly what I needed. Definitely coming back!

Coach J was amazing! I appreciate that she wears a mike and repeats things multiple times so you always know what you’re doing. She is positive and inspiring and “pushes” you - but in a healthy way (balanced with encouraging breaks/rest when needed).

Alexis was so great! As a beginner to yoga I felt very at ease and comfortable. She has a very calming voice that snaps you right into the yoga mood. I would 100% take another class with her.
I had a fantastic experience in this class. Jecenta was very attentive, ensuring I was doing the moves correctly and checking in with me throughout. She gave me an inspiring pep talk and cheered me on, which really motivated me. Joining this class was a big step for me—I faced a fear today, especially since I’ve gained almost 80 pounds and was worried about hurting myself. I loved that I could work at my own pace and push myself when I felt ready. Honestly, the hardest part was just showing up, but I’m so glad I did. Thank you for creating such a supportive and empowering environment!

It was FIRE! Love Love Love Tribal Fit when I come. The workout was great. Coach J is a wonderful trainer, making sure your form is correct and she motivates You. Will be back as much as I can. Workout area is very accommodating, equipment nice and clean. This is definitely the place to be!

Coach J is the perfect mix of cheerleader and drill sergeant. She cares so much about us hitting our goals, you can’t help but push yourself—even when your legs are begging for mercy. Somehow, she makes the hardest workouts feel like a party where sweat is the dress code. Love her, hate her (in the moment), but you’ll always thank her later.

Oh wow! Coach J did a great job incorporating first timers ( that would be me ☺️) with seasoned members. She instructs and motivates you through each circuit! I'm currently dealing with some knee issues however Coach J demonstrated modifications when needed....I never felt "left out". The class was amazing and I am looking forward to participating in the rest! If you like a group setting with a "personal training" feel then I highly recommend Tribal Fit!

Class was definitely worth the pain! I loved the numerous different exercises she showed us so we never had to do the same one. The constant movement to keep the heart rate up was good too!
