Destinee was great today! Put us through a good warmup to prep for heavy squat clean and jerk and the runs. During the workout she was attentive to everyone and helping correct form throughout. Two thumbs up from me!

Class was great! It was a long workout with a big group in before, but Ashley did a perfect job of setting expectations around a quick warmup before hand, checking in individually with everyone, and introducing me and someone else doing their first class to the rest of the members.
Cheryl is amazing. She always adapts class to your individual needs, all while pushing you to do the best that you can be. Cheryl is supportive and encouraging.
Chai is such a knowledgeable and helpful coach! She is so cool and goes out of her way to teach me the right techniques! I look forward to her being my coach at noon!

Today’s gymnastic class was great! I’ve been trying to get pull-ups for years, but this class finally made everything click and gave me specific exercises to get stronger and better.

Did the HERO Wod “Murph” today and it was brilliant! Ashley did a fantastic job and was very helpful. This box is great and I highly recommend it to 1st time or avid crossfitters.
Definitely felt welcomed, first and foremost. Great coach and overall awesome personality. For my first time, definitely felt a part of the community and more so took the time to help and ask questions along the process. Happy to be back doing CrossFit and more so in having great coaches like Ashley!

I really liked how Ashley described the workout before class and listed other weights on the whiteboard so people could scale without having to think about the weight breakdown. Always a fun class!!

Torrance Training Lab’s Coach Ashley is outstanding! Her classes are fun yet serious. She cares not only about how we’re doing in class but also keeping us up to date with events in the gym. You’d never know what an incredible person she is because she’s so humble.

She start in asking us how’s our day and what’s the best part of it. For our workout, she do explain it first and making us do it just for her to see if we’re doing it right. Friendly environment too.
Coach Marivic McKinley is the best! Even the rare instances she has to be absent like today, Coach M prepares the workout, has it on the board and posted, and makes sure a sub is present in class to explain circuits and check our form. I'm definitely staying at TTL as long as Coach M is the bootcamp coach!

I have checked out several CrossFit gyms in the South Bay and have been at Torrance Training Lab for about 10 months Blake was the coach for the 545 pm class today. Fantastic coach and amazing facilities.
Cheryl is my absolute favorite coach for sweat classes. She’s attentive, caring, hardworking and absolutely a joy to have as a coach and friend! She’s great with helping those who need extra support and pushing those who can do more. Always motivating and kind, I love coming to this gym and the community it builds!

Jen is the best!!! She’s so sweet and caring - she has helped me tremendously as an athlete from gymnastics movements, olympic lifting, and power lifting! Super knowledgeable as she has an amazing athletic/gymnastics background - 10/10 reccomend Jen!
Coach M is an awesome personal trainer & coach! She understands how to train adults age ranging from 20-75+! She makes the exercise program challenging, enjoyable, encouraging & inspiring. She also makes everyone feel a part of TLL family. To achieve our best potential, we all need some training & direction. I’m so happy I found TTL and Coach M! It’s changed my life and starting to become a gym junkie! Thank you TTL!
I was recommended why someone I know I was very nervous going in but Lexie showed me around and really helped to calm myself down and I ended up taking a class that same day and it was so much fun very hard but very motivating so excited for more classes !!
Coach M had a great lower body circuit workout setup for us today. We started with a good leg/hip warmup, followed by a demonstration of all the movements and then the work started! She did a good job encouraging us as we went through each station.
The best gym and the best instructors out there. Patience for this mom who is still learning and enthusiasm when I hit a challenge. It’s about the community and how we support each other . I’ve never had a more welcoming gym ever. So grateful for these amazing people in my life.

I do not see Coach Ashley on the list above, but her classes are always fun! She always explain into detail what the workouts are, as well as going over movements. The prescribed warm up movements are always a plus!! It’s not listed on the programming so ensuring warm ups are conducted prior to the strength portion of the workout is outstanding! She always makes the class fun by allowing members to share something personal about themselves. It really brings the class together and allow members to get to know each other. It also allow new members to feel comfortable and welcomed. Coach Ashley constantly walks around the room to watch form and technique while cheering them on during heavy lifts.
I start at the gym last October. I have been in several of coach Cheryl’s class and I 10/10 recommend them. The workouts are great for any level of fitness.

Jen was amazing! Then again, Jen is always amazing haha. As an athlete who sometimes needs that motivational push, I appreciate Jen’s ability to keep me moving and reach for that extra rep.
Coach Cristian is very knowledgeable and personable. When you need someone to motivate you to workout, he is your man! He sets a non-intimidating culture and guaranteed you will have a great workout!
Couch Ashley is great! 9 am is the best time!
Fantastic - attention to detail, fine tunes, encourages. Most important, she will tell you when she thinks you can do more. I didn't realize I could do 75 overhead squats at 65lbs. I am grateful that she encouraged me to go to 65lbs.

Jen is the early morning coach on Sunday’s. Even though it’s open gym, she is always encouraging and helping the members with their individual workouts. She will make sure you are doing the movements correctly by offering her coaching tips. Thanks to Coach Jen for her consistency as a coach and for helping the members move forward with their movements!!

Jen was great today! The warm up “pizza” game was really fun; she explained the workout in full detail so we could set up our equipment. Then she warmed us up and went through a nice mobility flow to get us ready for the workout. Jen helped out a lot of members, especially newer ones; making sure their form was safe and they are moving properly. Jen was also super encouraging and positive! We all had a great class! Great job Jen!
