My workouts with Austin are going really well. He is very knowledgeable in making the workout for my level. I like that he has a plan for making me stronger. He is working on my balance and mobility. He is working on strengthening my core and stability. So far, so great! Thanks Austin I really like the Thrive Gym. Thanks to Alan for making me feel welcome. It can be a little awkward for someone like me who hasn’t been to a Real Gym and you are all making me feel comfortable! Thanks!
