I was feeling so nervous because I’m definitely out of shape and have never done CrossFit before, but TJ was a great coach and was able to help me dial in my form in a way that made sense to me and I’m already excited for the next class!

He pushes athletes to give their absolute best, inspiring us to surpass our own limits in a positive and empowering way. At the same time, he places strong emphasis on maintaining proper form, ensuring that every workout is both safe and effective. His energy is contagious, he greets everyone with genuine enthusiasm and creates an atmosphere where showing up feels rewarding. Training with him is not only physically challenging but also mentally uplifting, and his dedication makes every session a valuable experience.
Very very energetic! Super knowledgeable I enjoyed the class. Extremely welcoming, one thing i appreciated is Taylor asked to see if there was any injuries I was currently battling, which made super appreciative of her attention to detail. Not all trainers will do that with someone new. Great class overall.

Thank you for welcoming our group! The first part went a little slower than I am used to as normally I just jump into a WOD without any type of stretch or warm up.... probably not good and not healthy! HA. But again, that is probably personal not on the actual workout!
Thought the class was coached well very encouraging coach. She made sure to get everything in and not run over in time. If we needed help or a modification she stepped in and helped with that and made it work.
Jake did a great job of explaining proper form for the workout and motivating me to push through!

Always motivating and really knows how to explain a movement so you’re efficiently performing that movement. He's so attentive to everyone and makes pointers throughout the class. All around great human and coach!

The coach at Three Cord Fitness & CrossFit really paid attention to what I was doing and noticed I could go a little bit heavier. He gave me a few adjustments on how to breathe properly and how to improve my body placement during the lifts. I trusted his guidance and made those changes mid-session. Because of that, I ended up hitting a PR, which felt amazing. The way he stepped in at just the right moment made me feel supported and confident, turning an ordinary workout into something memorable.
Always enjoy Noah helping me to refine the finer details of making sure I’m doing stuff right, and bringing the positive reinforcement without it coming across as disingenuous.

Katie was awesome. Her instructions were really clear and she was very encouraging. She also gave her time equally to individuals when needed. Overall an amazing coach!

I love this gym, the people, and all the trainers. Super discouraged by my injury because I feel like I can’t keep up and all the progress I had made was gone…but I think in years past, if something like this would’ve happened, I would have quit. And I keep coming back. That’s a testament to TJ and to everyone really!
Katie is always very encouraging cheering you on and helpful showing you how to do movements. Today was my best day for deadlift and power snatching. Her positive energy is great.

Attended as a drop in and Katie made me feel right at home by giving me a tour of the facilities, introducing me to the class, and asking about my Crossfit background. Very thorough walk-through of the workout with several options to modify or scale if needed will definitely be coming back whenever I’m in town.
Always brings the hype even at 5:30 AM class.

Great first time experience. My wife and daughters have been attending for several months. They finally got me to come. I could see this becoming a regular routine. Taylor was very encouraging and engaging. Very friendly group.

I can’t say enough good things about Coach Taylor. After sustaining a back injury that kept me from the gym for a month, I was nervous to jump back into class. Taylor immediately put me at ease by offering several thoughtful, scaled options that helped me ease back into my routine safely and confidently. It’s clear she genuinely cares about each athlete’s well-being and progress. Grateful to have a coach who leads with both knowledge and compassion!

While we were rowing, Noah was actively looking at our form and correcting us as needed. I told him at one point my back was hurting and he helped me fix my form for the rest of the row so it wouldn’t stop hurting!

Peyton makes CrossFit enjoyable, I really like his coaching style, he makes it fun, but also pushes you to get better and will help you with your form and proper technique if he sees things that need help or improvement.
TJ was an amazing coach! He empowered and encouraged me the whole way through. He took his time to walk me through the exercises and made sure I understood.
