I have been a member of the Transformation Station for just over 2 years now. I have attended a lot of classes. Still, Christina brings new and fresh ideas to us, with new exercises, and a great variety of motivating music. Classes never get boring or repetitive.

Took my first class today. Obviously a bit nervous as its been a loooooonnnnggg time since l prioritized MY health/fitness. Christina was super warm and welcoming and friendly. The space was calm, inviting and judgement free. The Stretch class was chill and the vibe was easy. I felt my muscles stretching and my joints getting juicier with every movement. Ill be back again, great place and Christina was amazing. Thank you!

Hi Nikki, thanks for reaching out. I think that you are a great coach 😊. You are very in tune with your class’s needs - you notice when someone’s form starts to slip and gently guide us to adjust, and you always modify exercises so everyone can keep up without feeling overwhelmed. I really enjoy your energy; it’s motivating without being overwhelming, and it makes the whole workout feel more approachable and fun. The best part tonight was the lunges. They are the lower body workouts that I need to improve, and you broke them down so I could focus on my balance and control. I could feel my muscles working in a way they don’t usually, and that good day-later burn I love was definitely there. It’s clear you pay attention to the details that make a difference in form and effectiveness, which makes me look forward to pushing myself more. I am looking forward to the next class at The Transformation Station!

This was my first class with the beginners boot camp at The Transformation Station, and Nikki was our coach - she was fantastic. From the moment I walked in, she made the space feel very welcoming and comfortable, easing any nerves I had about being new. Throughout the class, Nikki paid close attention to everyone’s form, offering clear guidance and encouraging adjustments to make sure we were doing the exercises safely and effectively. The workout itself was well-paced, mixing strength and cardio moves that challenged me without feeling overwhelming. By the end, I definitely left the class feeling excited and motivated, with a real desire to come back and keep improving!

Felt welcomed from the first time I stepped foot in The Transformation Station! Christina’s coaching always has me leaving energized (even early in the morning lol) I have never walked into a gym and felt confident and comfortable right away. It’s not just a gym, it’s a place of support and motivation from day one, which made all the difference in sticking with my workouts!
The energy was great and Nikki had me giggling! Her burner activity at the end was solid!
Zumba is new to me so it was challenging to learn all the steps. Things got easier as the class went on. Annie made it fun! Her positive attitude and vibrant personality took the edge off my limited Zumba skills.

As per usual, Christina was a fantastic coach today! Such a warm welcome back to the gym! I so appreciated the modifications offered so that I could be good to my back! Christina is always so inclusive when addressing the class, pointing out connections with the group and it this helps all of the participants connect and also validates us. She truly gets to know each person that walks through the door. That does not go unnoticed.

My first class since covid! It was a great way to ease back into the swing of things at The Transformation Station - just the right balance of challenge and comfort. The warm-up helped me reconnect with my body without feeling overwhelmed, and the flow of exercises gradually built my confidence and strength. Nikki is great, taking time to engage with everyone individually. She noticed when my form needed adjustment and gently guided me through, making sure we all felt comfortable and supported throughout the session. Her attention turned what could have been an intimidating return into a wonderful experience where I felt seen and encouraged.
Well given this was Day 1 of a journey that I haven’t been on in a very long time, I’ve come away from it looking forward to my next session! Nikki made me feel very welcomed at the gym. The class was great, just by her walking around and checking on our form made me very comfortable. I know I’m in good hands here and glad I made the decision to continue my health journey now that I’ve lost weight and have now added this into my regime.

What i have always loved is how the coaches are actively checking in with me. Their presence made me feel confident and energized, not overwhelmed. I started going to The Transformation Station with the goal of learning strength training and then continue on my own. Into my 11 month now and I can’t imagine not coming back! I feel welcomed, strong, motivated and energized. Christina is so encouraging and will push you outside of your limits in the best way possible. And if you’re not feeling it, there’s always a modification! You can tell Christina loves what she does and it’s infectious!

What a blast! Zumba tonight was fire. It was my first time at The Transformation Station and it will not be my last! The vibes are on point. Honestly.....red light, yellow light and green light was such fun! I always enjoy Christina's classes and she squeezes in some great fun that makes exercising a real endorphin release! Always given modifications, but with modifications, she still supports and encourages and makes you feel like you belong with the group at her gym. I'm smiling writing this!

This was my first time in 2 years to work out. Gyms terrify me and I'm not a huge fan of exercise. I pushed myself to go after reading the reviews and it did not disappoint. Tina was awesome and helped me work worth some of my limitations. Will be back. She was very welcoming. And the ladies in the class made me feel like I was part of it.
The coach Kim was great! Demonstrates effectively what the moves were with simplified movement if needed. I managed to do the class in full format!! Not too difficult for a first day!!

What can I say about The Transformation Station and Christina’s coaching! Some people think 6 a.m. workouts are the worst, but honestly, they’ve become such a routine part of my day that it actually feels weird if I miss one (which hardly ever happens!). Christina has this amazing way of knowing exactly when to push you a little harder — even when you’re doubting yourself. She’s your biggest cheerleader in the gym, always motivating you to give just a bit more. I seriously wouldn’t have it any other way!
Thank you, Tina, for your help with the equipment today. It was very kind of you to notice my struggle. The class had a different setup than usual, with 1 minutes segments and exercises that really pushed me. Tina took the time to explain how to do each excercise properly with a few options. The changes in the workout kept me engaged the whole time. See you next week!

Today was my first time participating in a class at the Transformation Station and it was a great experience! Kim was very friendly when I walked in and introduced herself right away, then was enthusiastic when I told her that it was my first class. During our class, she explained each exercise with multiple modifications, which made the class feel very approachable. She provided good feedback; often commenting on how our form was while completing each exercise. She was upbeat and personable, which only added to the fun and positive vibe of the class. I definitely plan on joining more classes in the future and look forward to having Kim as my instructor!

She says, "The hardest part is walking through that door," which I found super encouraging and it totally pushed me through the workouts. If you had told me 3yrs ago that I would be getting up at 5am to go take a fitness class I would NEVER have believed it!! TTS has literally transformed how I look at health. It’s not just the weight loss, it’s the things I can do now-like squats & lunges & heavy weights! The energy and people are so accepting & encouraging. Christina always starts each session with a welcoming energy that carries through the workout. She makes a point of greeting each member before class begins and goes above and beyond to try and make new members feel comfortable. I tried Zumba Step for the first time with Cristina and it was so great. I loved the atmosphere in the class and her music choice was A+. Perfect way to end my Friday - I'll be back!

Sandy was AMAZING!!!! I have done yoga for over a decade and her instruction and adjustments will help in not just in her future classes, but other Transformation Station classes too. LOVED it! 10+/10!!

Always love having Nikki coaching the classes, she is always so cheerful and energetic. It makes me look forward to seeing her friendly face at the gym! She also is very motivating and fun when I do the workouts so it never feels boring. I will always love having her as a coach!

The heaviest weight is the front door. But I am telling you. Once you are through that door it is the BEST place to be. The environment is positivity all around. Nikki is an amazing coach. She always keeps the workouts fun and energetic. You have a good time while you sweat!
