This was my first time in 2 years to work out. Gyms terrify me and I'm not a huge fan of exercise. I pushed myself to go after reading the reviews and it did not disappoint. Tina was awesome and helped me work worth some of my limitations. Will be back. She was very welcoming. And the ladies in the class made me feel like I was part of it.
The coach Kim was great! Demonstrates effectively what the moves were with simplified movement if needed. I managed to do the class in full format!! Not too difficult for a first day!!

What can I say about The Transformation Station and Christina’s coaching! Some people think 6 a.m. workouts are the worst, but honestly, they’ve become such a routine part of my day that it actually feels weird if I miss one (which hardly ever happens!). Christina has this amazing way of knowing exactly when to push you a little harder — even when you’re doubting yourself. She’s your biggest cheerleader in the gym, always motivating you to give just a bit more. I seriously wouldn’t have it any other way!
Coach Tina brings incredible energy to class! She explains each movement clearly, keeps the group motivated, and always picks fun, upbeat music. She is also attentive to each participant’s needs - for example, she noticed when one student’s bag was leaning too far forward and quickly replaced it so they wouldn’t lose valuable workout time. Coach Tina is truly amazing and I highly recommend her CardioKick class!
Thank you, Tina, for your help with the equipment today. It was very kind of you to notice my struggle. The class had a different setup than usual, with 1 minutes segments and exercises that really pushed me. Tina took the time to explain how to do each excercise properly with a few options. The changes in the workout kept me engaged the whole time. See you next week!
As always, Coach Christina brought inspiring energy to our class. Today’s program was tight, moving from one exercise to the next with the countdown timer. Butts and Guts lived up to its name with a focus on glutes and abs. Thank you for this amazing environment in which to move our bodies. 💪🏼
Amazing powerburn class this morning!! Christina brings so much energy and encouragement to every class, making the room feel electric from start to finish. She kicks off with a dynamic warm-up that instantly gets your heart pumping, and throughout the workout, she carefully checks our forms, I really appreciate how she gently corrects our posture - like when she noticed my back rounding during a plank and calmly guided me to engage my core better - and offers modifications so everyone can work at their own pace without feeling left behind or overwhelmed. The way she moves around, paying attention to each person, makes it clear she truly cares about our progress. She stops by to ask how you’re feeling, encouraging you to push just a bit harder or scale back when needed, which makes the workout feel personalized even in a group setting. The playlist was AWSOME today as well - a perfect mix of upbeat tracks that kept me moving and focused, blending high-energy beats with motivating rhythms that made switching between sprints and strength moves seamless. I left class today at The Transformation Station feeling exhausted but accomplished, like I had pushed my limits in the best way possible. My muscles were burning, my breath was heavy, but there was this undeniable sense of achievement that stayed with me long after. Christina really knows how to get the best out of you Xo

Today was my first time participating in a class at the Transformation Station and it was a great experience! Kim was very friendly when I walked in and introduced herself right away, then was enthusiastic when I told her that it was my first class. During our class, she explained each exercise with multiple modifications, which made the class feel very approachable. She provided good feedback; often commenting on how our form was while completing each exercise. She was upbeat and personable, which only added to the fun and positive vibe of the class. I definitely plan on joining more classes in the future and look forward to having Kim as my instructor!

We had a great StrongFit class this morning. I love all of the options and suggestions that Christina offers. She makes sure that everyone is getting the most out of their workout.
Christina brought her energy and as always, the option to “choose your challenge”. This approach allows members of all different fitness levels to modify their workout to increase/decrease intensity and offers options to accommodate specific needs. As a result, I have never truly done the same workout twice, and always finish knowing I put everything I had into the class. My physical results speak to the effectiveness of the programs, but the real benefit is the difference in how I feel. Christina has a gift for creating community and eliminating barriers or any feelings of intimidation that can exist in other gym cultures. I’m happy to call TTS home!

I just took my first step class at Transformation Station with Sandi, and it was amazing! 💪 The class totally kicked my butt, but in the best way possible. Sandi’s energy and encouragement made it fun and motivating, even when I was sweating and out of breath. I left feeling strong, accomplished, and excited to come back. Highly recommend this class if you want a great workout and an awesome coach!
I asked about strengthening a specific muscle group for a specific purpose and Christina had great tips and advice about how to do so. She remembered my question during another workout and helped me modify my movements to maximize my targeted muscle group. Thank you so much for all your help!

Christina is a fantastic instructor. She keeps me motivated and driven to push through each class all while entertaining us with humour! I love her Strong Fit classes, as well as her Zumba! She is fantastic at giving multiple modification options for each exercise which makes each class so inclusive. The environment she has created can only be explained by experiencing it yourself! I am so thankful to have found TTS & it’s amazing community of members.
Christina makes my early morning workouts fun, lots of variety, lots of modifications and most of all it's a real joy to see her smiling face opening the door at the beginning and always saying goodbye to each and everyone of us. She knows her stuff, she makes working out one of the best parts of my life! I hope she knows how much I appreciate her, her gym and her support. In six months I am 65 and I'm strong, great heart rate and can keep up with my 2 yr old grandson....Thanks Christina!

I can’t say enough amazing things about Christina. Her energy is contagious. I love the Wheel of Fitness class on Fridays. It’s a great end to my week. I love the surprise of not knowing what exercises you’ll get! I normally do the 6am classes, but I do 7am on Fridays specifically for Wheel of Fitness.

I've been to a few classes at this gym. Christina's awesome; she's so welcoming and motivating, she really gets you and works with where YOU are at. She says, "The hardest part is walking through that door," which I found super encouraging and it totally pushed me through the workouts. Knowing Christina's journey is so inspiring, it leaves the class with a comforting peer lead feel. 10 stars.

If you had told me 3yrs ago that I would be getting up at 5am to go take a fitness class I would NEVER have believed it!! TTS has literally transformed how I look at health. It’s not just the weight loss, it’s the things I can do now-like squats & lunges & heavy weights! The energy and people are so accepting & encouraging. I look forward to seeing everyone-coaches & members. Try it -you’ll be surprised how much you like it😊
Christina always starts each session with a welcoming energy that carries through the workout. She makes a point of greeting each member before class begins and goes above and beyond to try and make new members feel comfortable. She is always there to offer options/alternatives or to give you that little push of motivation when needed. She has created more than a gym; it’s a family at TTS!

Awesome gym that I consider wholistic because they genuinely care about all aspects of their clients lives (trying to make people stronger physically and mentally). All the coaches are equally motivating, nonjudgmental, welcoming and kind. The classes are so fun it’s usually the highlight of my day.
