I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the group training sessions led by Neil Wilczynski at The Pitt Gym. Neil’s approach to maintaining a fun yet hard-working atmosphere is exemplary, making each session not only productive but also enjoyable. Neil expertly balances the intensity of the workouts with an engaging team dynamic, ensuring that all participants are motivated and supported throughout. His thoughtful planning of four-week intervals focuses on all-around health and longevity, which is refreshing and highly effective. This strategy underscores the importance of sustainable fitness rather than just striving for maximum weights, which I find both wise and beneficial. Moreover, Neil’s enthusiasm and professional dedication make the training sessions something I look forward to each week. While I still find myself practicing how to pronounce his last name correctly, this minor challenge pales in comparison to the significant gains I’ve experienced under his guidance. Thank you for the opportunity to train with Neil. His leadership and training style have a profound impact on our group’s fitness journey.

He knows us, the 5:30 crowd is mostly familiar with the routine. A quick review and pointers on things he sees people doing wrong and then we get after it. Spot on.
