Hi, the class was good. Melli Gutierrez is very experienced. I will most likely stay at TF CrossFit. My 8 am class there is very small. I like that. I also am very dependent on the treadmill, TFCF has two of them. It is a little closer to my house as well. If The Pack ever got a treadmill and some leg extension machines, it would make sense to switch. Thanks to Cami and Jamie for allowing me to join today’s trial.
It’s always a good Monday after starting the day at The Pack with Camie coaching! She’s always encouraging positive and has multiple modifications for everyone and anyone! I love this place. It makes for a good week when I can have a good workout by starting it off with positive vibes!! Love my 5 AM crew❤️

I really appreciate him getting to the bottom of why my squats suck. I’ve had coaches help me with it before but he was able to show me some things to do at home that would help my flexibility.
Your coaching was great today! You were knowledgeable and on point throughout the entire class, carefully guiding us through each movement with clear instructions and timely corrections. After being away for a 2-month sabbatical, I was a bit nervous coming back, but the way you paced the workout and adjusted the exercises made it feel challenging without overwhelming me. I could feel my muscles waking up again with every rep, and the energy in the room at The Pack CrossFit - Gym was uplifting. I am so very grateful to be back - this was truly the best first day back for 2026.
New to class and being an athlete before hand and doing CrossFit in the past was awesome she went through the lifts again for the warm up was nice to kinda have a refresher for me!
I enjoy Cody’s coaching because he meets you where you’re at, no matter where you land on the fitness scale, and he pushes you to be better. He has great energy and is friendly and encouraging.

Today’s CF workout was great as we all got a rigorous workout that allowed equipment sharing with the holiday people bubble. Camie always provides excellent individual modifications as needed.

His coaching cues for the lifts are clear, targeted, and incredibly helpful. You can tell he loves what he does - and he makes every workout both effective and fun. I think it’s very good that I can add the weight and improvise during the workout. Today’s class at The Pack CrossFit - Gym really challenged me because I could adjust the intensity to fit how I was feeling, which made the experience both tough and rewarding. The exercises pushed my limits, but having the freedom to modify the weight kept me engaged and confident throughout. I enjoyed his class a lot - he was attentive, offering guidance on form and encouraging me to keep going when I felt tired. Thank you for creating a space where I can grow and adapt my training every session.

Camie kept an eye 👁️ on things and her peeps . . . 🐥 🐥 🐥 She encouraged me to stay with the prescribed overhead routine though with a lighter weight rather than using dumbbells. That was great advice since I learned the movement and gained confidence. Also, Camie gives “commands” audibly and authoritatively. That reallly makes a difference and assists the athlete cruise through the routine. “Camie’s the best!” 🏋️ 🏆🏅

Kristin brings that positive energy every time. She is always so helpful with modifying my workouts. I always feel safe during my workouts because she corrects me if my form is wrong and changes things if I need to so I don’t end up injured.

I feel nothing less than blessed to have Jaime as a coach. I require many modifications EVERY time I work out. Jaime never gets impatient with me.. Today she helped me find movements that work for me and still gives me a good workout. She is attentive and always prepared for class giving everyone in the room the feeling that she is there to help each one of us. I keep coming back because of the wonderful community, the excellent coaching and the inclusivity Jaime and all the other coaches extend to everyone who come to our gym.

Steve is always a phenomenal coach. He seriously goes above and beyond. The thought and care he puts into each workout and warm up is obvious. I notice more gains when I make it to Steve’s classes.
Class was excellent today!! Even after a decade plus years of practice Jaime gave me the tiniest technical adjustment to try that made my lift feel much smoother!! I love squat cleans❤️

Warm-up mods were appropriate, breaking down movements to warm-up each part of the main wod was nice, the wod itself wasn’t horrendous (a manageable hard), and overall a good class.
Camie was upbeat and positive. She was extremely supportive and encouraging to me which helped a ton since my attendance has been so spotty this year.

Coach Jamie was outstanding today. Great time management and great feedback/coaching. She made great effort to provide one on one coaching with every member during the workout. Her input was greatly appreciated and helped me on my rhythm and technique.
Jamie made me feel like moving was possible today. She did a great job asking about modifications which allowed the space to address sore back and fears of doing the work out as written. Jamie did a great job checking in regularly through all movements and before the WOD. It allowed me to express my concerns as we progressed through the night. When the work out was over Jamie reminded me of the importance to roll out the spine and do some gentle stretching to prevent the back from being sore. This was big because I am not a fan of stretching out. I feel glad I was able to move my body and had the safety of Jamie to guide me through the movements safely.
I give Cody a bunch of shit but he’s good, love his classes. Give him a raise.

Nestor did a great job describing the workout in the briefing and explaining a plan of attack. During the workout he came around and motivated me to keep chipping away at it.
