She has a most pleasant friendly demeanour and takes an interest to know the names of and connect with her clientele. Classes are varied and always differentiated for participants. How are you feeling after class? I returned after a long break and already feel motivated again. Lucy pays close attention to everyone in the class, ensuring that exercises are differentiated for different levels of fitness. She took the time to show me modifications that suited where I’m at now, which made me feel welcomed and supported instead of overwhelmed. The way she guides the pace and checks on form keeps the class challenging but doable, and that balance really helps me stay engaged. It’s clear she cares about each person’s experience, and that makes coming back to THE PACIFIC FITNESS AND PILATES feel like the right choice.
How did the coach help you today? Great session! I’ve been struggling with a bit of an injury lately - Trinity suggested alternative movements that meant I could still challenge myself but minimised risk of further injury.
I have a frozen shoulder and a knee issue, and I truly appreciate how all the coaches take the time to modify exercises for me. Their support and attention allow me to come to the gym confidently and enjoy every workout. The environment is always positive, and the team ensures I can stay active safely and effectively. I’m so grateful to be part of such an encouraging fitness community!

Ross is great at clearly explaining the concept of each exercise, like breaking down proper plank form. That helps me to focus on what I’m doing, and to feel the benefit of the class.
Lucy and the team at the Pacific are so welcoming and supportive. After a couple of years as a member I recently could not train for a few months. The community at the Pacific were so caring, often reaching out to check in on me. It is a real community that I love being apart of.
Trin is always helpful in adjusting and improving our form, and she's a delight to train with.

Malcolm has been such a great addition to the gym. He’s constantly walking around observing members during the workout, and offering tips and making adjustments. This has been an improvement on the previous staff whom I felt spent more time chatting with others. I had to often flag down his attention for help.

Amazing fantastic motivational
Brilliant - clear instructions for a class that had lots of moving parts. Easy to hide and take it easy in a class like that but Lucy kept on everyone and was driving performance throughout.
Lucy is such an amazing Pilates teacher. She is very approachable and also chooses exercises that help you to push yourself whilst still ensuring that you are capable of doing it. Lucy is very knowledgeable and knows how to make you get your sweat on!
Bridget was amazing as always! The class was challenging while still accomodating for all levels of ability.
i’m a pilates girl and had never stepped foot in a gym or picked up weights before, but trinity is awesome! she’s so supportive and patient. the pacific is such a great gym for a variety of training, so glad i found it!

Love Olivia… she always has such great energy. She is very articulate in explaining what we have to do and spends the time correcting our positions if we are doing something wrong. Not sure how she does it … but she remembers everyone’s name and compliments us through the class which is nice encouragement! Super sweet and lovely.

Silvie is an excellent teacher. Her way of explaining the exercises and how to breathe, her calm and her skill make every lesson with her interesting and unique.

Lucy is an absolute legend of a Pilates instructor. She pushes your limits in a safe and fun way. Every class is a new challenge with lots of options given to meet you at your point of need for the day.

As a newbie, I appreciated Jamie particularly explaining which muscles to activate. Would have loved the music to be a bit louder during more difficult exercises to get my mind off the pain!

Reformer Pilates at The Pacific is always an enjoyable and pushes you. Today’s instructor was fantastic Pilates which included small precise movements, no jumping, no stress on the joints and lots of breathing and concentration targeting muscle groups. I can highly recommend reformer pilates at The Pacific.

Sylvie is great. Clear instructions and does exercises that are within the classes capability. She reads the room well. She gives alternatives and will always come around the room and make sure everyone is ok. Very accommodating to people's needs.

Had a great class with Jenny today loved the leg workouts and squats and the variety of positions we could do i think I struggled a bit due to sweat class the day before I was still sore which was also a great class I loved that Lucy gave us a few options to do depending on what we could handle i struggle due to my back and body issues so it is so great to still get a workout and do what you can handle at times

Trinity was amazing! It was my first time being in a gym in a very long time and I was nervous. She helped me every step of the way and was so supportive the whole time. I left feeling so much more confident and I will definitely be back to take more of her classes

Ty always takes the time to properly explain all the exercises for the session, and diligently checks form during the session. The feedback/advice is always clear and super helpful, and I walk away feeling more confident for the next time we do the exercise again.

As a first timer, I did not know what to expect, however Olivia was a great coach and I really enjoyed myself!! I will definitely be coming back 😁
