Leslie is great. Just like all the other coaches, she makes sure that everyone understands the physics of moves we will be doing prior to starting the workout. It was also my son’s 13th birthday and all he wanted was to get a workout in. Leslie made sure that he had a weight on the bar that was challenging for him while being able to keep good posture and form!
Classes at The Loop are always a great way to start the day! No matter who is coaching the class, they meet you where you are at and make sure to have a plan for accommodating you! All the attendees are so much fun as well! No matter how "fit" anyone is, they're welcoming, helpful and make you feel like you belong.
I love the Loop and the community that makes the Loop so special. The coaches and Mitch have created an incredible environment where you can accomplish personal fitness goals as well as surround yourself with some incredible people that turn into amazing friendships!
I have been a member of The Loop Fitness for over 7 years and can’t say enough great things about community that’s been created there. It’s not just a place to get fit. It’s a place to connect with like-minded community members that are all working toward the same goal, to be the best version of ourselves. Between the knowledgeable, passionate coaches, the very structured, intentional programming and the camaraderie amongst members, it’s truly a place I look forward to going to everyday.

Today’s 3:30 class at The Loop Fitness was as great as always! Coach Mitch really knows how to help me improve by spotting when my form slips and offering precise adjustments that make each movement more effective. He breaks down the exercises step-by-step and encourages me to push just a little harder without overdoing it, which keeps me motivated and progressing toward the best version of myself. The energy in the room is contagious, with everyone focused but supportive, which makes working toward my fitness goals feel achievable and even enjoyable. I also love the community and culture at my gym - there’s a genuine sense of camaraderie that makes every visit something I look forward to.

I love the Loop Fitness and all the coaches! They are great about meeting you where you are with injuries and/or experience level, there is a modification for everything, if needed. It’s the one hour of the day that I get to focus on me, without interruptions and without thinking about ‘what to do’! Excellent support, communication and camaraderie between coaches and members, too!

Mitch was great and mindful of the fact that it was my first time. I appreciated that he gave me instructions on my form and valued my safety. The class was exactly what I was looking for. It was a great workout but without any shaming or stress. It was the perfect amount of fun and challenge. I really look forward to going again.
There’s no better way to start the day than a 5:30 a.m. class with Coach Mitch at The Loop Fitness. His energy, encouragement, and attention to detail make every workout feel purposeful and fun. I genuinely can’t start my day off right unless I’ve hit the gym with this crew—and Mitch sets the tone perfectly. What stands out most is his commitment to proper form. He doesn’t just motivate; he makes sure every movement targets the right muscle group and protects you from injury. That kind of care and expertise is rare, and it’s exactly why I’m so grateful I found this gym. I’ll be heading back to Nevada in November, and I already know I’ll miss these mornings—but I’ll be back in June, ready to jump back in. Today I needed to scale due to being able to be healthy long term. It always hard for me to do this, especially when I enjoy the RX movement and am confident doing it. Becca made the comment we workout for tomorrow not for today. Or something like that. It made me feel a lot better about what I was doing and why I was doing it.
Coach Mike did a great job! He’s always professional and aware of all the different skill levels attending his classes.
Coach Leslie was fantastic today! Great workout and class. She spotted something in my technique that needed a little adjustment, helped me get it right and probably saved an injury. This little comment and adjustment probably kept me on track with my home chores the rest of the day instead of rehabbing (resting) on the couch…. Thanks coach!
Danielle was the coach tonight. I love how she clearly explains each exercise and she encourages us to keep going. I think she is doing a great job and love it when she is the coach!
Coach Mitch is great definitely great energy and down to earth
She’s good, helpers were very nice and gave options. The only thing I don’t like is waiting for the timer to tell me when to start each set, prefer working out at my own pace.

Mitch is the best!! I have arthritis in several joints and that can make it very painful to do certain movements, Mitch has always been understanding of my limitations and has always made sure I know what alternative exercises to do to help from injuring myself. I am greatful to be a part of this gym family.
Mitch is always willing to help or modify if and when I need it and I so appreciate that! He explains in ways that make sense and never makes me feel less because of my questions. Titus is a great coach. This goes for every time he coaches. He very knowledgeable about movements and how they effect the your body. I like how he goes around and makes sure everyone is the doing the movement correctly. Also how he encourages everyone throughout the workout. He is super positive and brings a fun vibe to each class.
Ryan was very helpful with identifying how to break down complicated movements into simple steps for a weightlifting beginner!

Coach Titus had us modify a few of our movements to add some difficulty. The upright banded Mountain Climbers were challenging, but a perfect exercise for my son who’s a sprinter at school.

Today ended up being a very useful and helpful workout as I recover from a tweaked back from last week. Mitch provided ways to scale and modify my workout for a great experience which I was very thankful for.

The warm up was really nice. It focused on areas that would be utilized during the work out which I appreciated. It was also a good warm up without tanking us. The weightlifting tips themselves were also help

As someone newer to weight lifting, Coach Kellen Helios break down the movements into manageable chunks. I appreciate his patience and reassurance that getting stronger takes time and you just need to keep showing up.

Mitch was ready to coach at 5:30 am again. So hard to be motivated that early in the day, but he seems genuinely invested in providing the best experience possible. 5:30 class is historically a low energy class, but Mitch is somehow able to drag the class energy level up by the end of class. I always feel better after class than before I walk in. Thanks coach!
For the coach coming back from vacation, he did not miss a beat. He went over movements and did a good job explaining the movements. He has good time management, we finished the workout and had time for the accessories. He even work with a person you had an injury. Very well done class !

Coach Becca is a great coach! It is evident she is knowledgable about the movements and passionate about teaching. Today she provided new tips that were very helpful to improve my deadlifts.
Mo is upbeat and positive. She brings a a great level of energy to the class. Additionally Mo is great at giving feedback for improvement - even on a rowing exercise she noticed that my recovery form was hindering my power and gave feedback in between rounds.

Today was a great workout, full body and cardio. Good combination of movements. Perfect for a Saturday active recovery. The farmer carry could have been longer.

I came in for a free session to try it out and had an amazing time! The coaches and staff were incredibly welcoming, they have a great community feel to their gym, and that’s all on top of getting a great workout in including some great coaching tips! Highly recommend!

Mitch was an engaging coach. Thoroughly explained the workout with helpful tips making sure the athletes were in a great position. Class was fun and ended on time. The gym is clean with plenty of equipment! Would highly recommend The Loop to anyone in the area looking for an awesome CF gym!

Coach was very thorough! I had no questions before the workout since it was explained so well (rare for me) And I felt that not only was I watched closely for my form, but everyone else was as well.

Mitch is very focused on doing the right and best things for athletes in all circumstances; With a recent back strain, he has been crucial in helping me understand what the problem is, where my limitations are, and coaching me to do the best exercises to get healthy quickly. I always appreciate Mitch’s encouragement and his professional level experience as a coach.

Ryan had a good class this morning. Felt good, wasn't dying at the end, but arms didn't want to work. Could have been pushed more on the farmers carry. But overall pleased. The change to County for warmup music was meh.
