On my first day back after an extended break, Chris really made it easy for me to jump into a tough workout 💪. He was amazing at spotting those little mistakes in my form that crept in deeper into the workout and I started defaulting to my bad habits. His friendly reminders and tips kept me on track and feeling safe while I got back into the groove 😊. I couldn’t have asked for a better buddy to help me ease back in! 🙌workout 💪. As always, Karen wore me out!! When you get senior citizen age, and still riding dirt bikes, your mind thinks you’re still 25 and you do stupid stuff that hurts! Karen always knows how to rehab my body for the next stupid thing I do!! (Crash usually) She is great at working with the pain or injury so I can get back on my bike. Now I just need a good psychiatrist so I can figure out why I do this to myself!!
Karen was very welcoming. The classes allow you to scale weights/movements according to your needs which was very helpful.

Was so happy to have found this gym this morning! Karen responded right away to my drop in request, and assured me there would be an open spot for me at 6am. I was there early, and the gym was wide open! No waiting in the parking lot for the early class which is a +! The gym was extremely welcoming and I had a chance to have a good chat with Karen before the class start. 10/10 would recommended checking out this space if you are just beginning, dropping in, or looking for a new crossfit gym.

I recently attended a CrossFit class led by coach Chris, and it was an outstanding experience! From the start, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the warm-up was both thorough and engaging. He emphasized proper form and safety, ensuring everyone felt comfortable. The workout was well-structured, blending strength training and cardio. I appreciated how he offered modifications for all skill levels, allowing everyone to participate fully. Throughout the class, Chris provided continuous motivation and course correctionsif needed, fostering a great sense of community. I left feeling accomplished and energized. I highly recommend The Colony Crossfit for anyone looking to enhance their fitness.

Karen and staff are very welcoming when I joined. It’s been 2 week so far, Karen is always supportive and she always make sure to check-in and adjustable with schedule's with me. She is very conscientious with my level, encouraging and has suggested numerous modifications for my workouts movement. Great place for workout, the classes are fun, challenging and help you move your way up.
This was my first time attending this CrossFit gym. I loved it!! Everyone was very welcoming and encouraging. Chris was super cool and loved the music he played. I am very out of shape and no one judged me. They modified all the workouts for me so I could still participate. Karen made sure I was doing everything correctly and making sure I had the right form so I wouldn’t injure myself and answered all my questions afterwords. And shout out to Natalie as well, I haven’t met her yet but she was the one who I spoke to about trying out the gym and encouraged me to get back in it. Can’t wait to go back !!

Great experience. First time at a CrossFit. I recommend this CrossFit and Coach Karen. She is very experienced. She will assess where you are at and will modify the program to your level. CrossFit seems very whole body and functional strengthening with an aerobic component. I was going to a gym where most people are working isolated body parts OR on the aerobic machines. Karen’s CrossFit gym addresses it all at one time.

I can say I have always been someone that is hesitant with CrossFit! I’ve done them in other gyms before and “to me” I don’t enjoy them other than to go in for a short time to break up my workouts every once in awhile. They have always been geared to people that more or less want to compete competitively in that world in my opinion and it’s a bit much for someone that just wants to get fit and in shape. I was pleasantly surprised when finding this gym. I absolutely love this CrossFit!! Karen is amazing!! She is very knowledgeable, and I love that she is very involved with her clients, unlike I’ve seen in other CrossFits. They just let people do everything wrong because it’s all about reps and weight, and as a personal trainer that would always make me cringe. Karen takes the time and focuses on movement and proper mechanics and prescribes the days WOD to what people can do versus just putting numbers on the board and telling people to meet SHE is absolutely phenomenal. I would suggest anybody that wants to try something different than the ordinary gym, but wants to be pushed, and looking for overall Better health, Karen Is definitely your girl!! I don’t usually take the time to post reviews, but this place is definitely worth the time!! 5 ⭐️’s for sure!!

Coach Karen is spectacular on every level of health management. After just one year, obviously I’ve improved in physical ability/strength/cardio but I’ve also gained a deeper understanding of my body and how to listen to it (re: diet, workout, sleep, etc) and I’m frankly amazed at how much more I’ve accomplished than I thought I could after just one year. If I had set quantitative goals when I started, I’m confident I would have blasted right past them long ago.

Joshua Hill is the real deal. Yoga is great after a workout at the box. Joshua helps us stretch and relax. He also helps us with any problem areas and gives helpful advice with the yoga moves for improvement.

Great experience working out here, learned a lot about what I need to do to improve, got a good workout in, and Karen's a fantastic coach! She pays attention to each member's needs and adjusts the workout accordingly for each individual if needed, on top of being incredibly friendly!
