Corey is the best personal trainer I have had. He always meets me exactly where I’m at - whether I’m feeling strong or a bit off - and then challenges me to push harder in ways that feel doable but still demanding. He adjusts the weights or modifies exercises on the spot depending on how I’m feeling that day, which keeps the workouts from ever becoming routine or overwhelming. Working with Corey has made a real difference in my progress and attitude toward training.
After being away from the gym consistently for several months he used the right level of easing me back into the process, but still pushed me to challenge myself with motivation.

Corey is great at encouraging us to improve and motivating us to come back as often as possible. I love how he pushes us just the right way - not too hard to feel overwhelmed, but enough to really notice progress. During workouts, he pays close attention to our form and adjusts the weight or reps when needed, making sure we’re challenged safely. It feels like he genuinely wants each of us to get better every session. I also loved that he is trying a new music app to keep the energy fresh and the vibe upbeat. The music adds an extra boost that makes the workouts at Team2ndwind even more engaging and fun.
Coach Corey and Brandi are amazing! Very attentive to our form and posture in class and ready with alternative exercises to accommodate our needs. Both are very encouraging and always keep you on your toes. Keep up the great work!
Today’s team sweat class at Team2ndwind was great! Coach Corey kept the class motivated by constantly encouraging us and calling out good form as we moved through a mix of high-intensity intervals and strength This class pushes me beyond what I would do on my own, and Coach Corey’s leadership makes all the difference in keeping everyone focused and driven. Team2ndwind really knows how to make a sweat session feel rewarding.

Group class was amazing today! I went to the 10am and the energy was fantastic! Coach Corey delivered an amazing and easy to follow workout and kept us focused on goals! Workout✔️

Corey is great! Very encouraging! He structured my workouts to accommodate my physical needs and has adjusted them along the way to continue to push me. I no longer need most of those accomodations.
