What was the highlight of today's workout? My knee was hurt, so Kevin helped me with an alternate move to complete the workout at Tally Ho Fitness today. He carefully watched my form to make sure I wasn’t putting any strain on my knee, then suggested a modified exercise that still targeted the right muscles without causing pain.
Cody did a great job walking the class through the process of power cleans!

Awesome as always! Nichole always does a great job of reading the room and suggesting alternative movements for those who need them while not embarrassing folks who struggle with more difficult skills. That’s a tough thing to do but important to keep folks motivated and enjoying themselves.

Cheyenne makes class fun. She will push you to do your best but she will make it seem like your just pushing yourself.

I love that even on a movement that I am strong at you still took the time to observe my form and give me positive feedback and point out a fix I made on my own.
Kevin is an excellent coach!! He has really helped me. Little things he notices about my form. Like running to dead lifts. I had some pain and just a slight adjustment to my form helped me to do things pain free. Amazing! I think I just thought that was how it was supposed to feel but once he showed me what I was doing wrong (I didn't realize it was wrong) I did them without pain! I feel like I always learn something new from him!

Even though I was doing my last on boarding session I could tell that she was very focused on the workout that was planned and made sure everyone was doing them right and getting the most out of it. The music is good and she is very energetic and of course the lifting compliments that she gives each individual person is a big plus also and the funny thing is that technically I was only watching this from the sidelines during my 1 on 1

Cheyenne made my son and I feel welcomed. She took time explaining the points of performance for the deadlift. The pre-wod work was much appreciated. Showing us ways to increase mobility in our hip flexors. Love this gym! Great place to get a workout in while in town. RTR!!

Nicole always shows the rx way then gives plenty of extra options if you can't do movement. She walks around and if you are not doing something correct she will try to help you do things the right way. She is very nice and it's easy to talk to her.

Cheyenne did a great job with the WOD. She demonstrated all of the exercises including the warm-up! She took her time explaining the movements and then walked around to watch everyone’s form. She even included cool down stretches! I had a great time and I am excited about the next class.
Kevin was great! Explained the proper standard for box jumps and gave each athlete an idea of the stimulus of the workout! Even gave different scale options for all.

Class was great. I saw a lot of improvement in the toes to bar section, just from Tuesday to now. I’m still just doing knees to waist, but my control and endurance was much better. There were a few terms in the warmup I wasn’t familiar with, but I caught on pretty quick watching other people do it. Felt great after the workout.

Best gym in ‘Bama! Tally Ho Fitness is my favorite spot to train whenever I visit Cullman. The coaches are fantastic. Each of them are knowledgeable and great teachers. The members at Tally Ho have formed an incredible community and are welcoming to anyone who stops in. Can’t say enough great things about this place.

Cassie is a great coach!! Always willing to push me but also knows when I may need to take it easy on my body and she doesn’t make me feel bad for it. A coach will truly never understand how good that can make someone feel!

I always love taking Justin’s classes and think he truly makes working out FUN! A lot of times those words don’t ever mix, but I’m thankful for a coach who is mindful of ALL the athletes and their abilities, while also bringing constant laughter to every class.
