It has been the best decision to join Sunset Strength and Conditioning, and especially to get some training from Tyler. Over the past four weeks, I have noticed myself improve so much - my strength, endurance, and overall form have all taken a big step forward. All credit goes to Tyler and his patience; every session, he carefully watches my posture and corrects me whenever I slip, making sure I achieve the right alignment. His guidance isn’t just about spotting mistakes - he explains why each adjustment matters, which helps me understand my body better and avoid injury. Training with Tyler at Sunset Strength and Conditioning turns every workout into a focused, energizing experience. The way he breaks down the exercises keeps me engaged, and I always leave feeling challenged but confident. It’s a great end to the year, and I am very satisfied with the whole training process. I’m already looking forward to many more sessions and continuing to push my limits with Tyler’s support.
I always appreciate Tyler’s attention to my form. He offers corrections and variations in an encouraging manner. The best thing about Sunset Strength is the creative and extremely productive program he puts together. Every week builds on from the prior week so you’re seeing your strength progress quickly. The exercises are thoughtful and carefully crafted. I just finished a block of workouts at Sunset strength and found myself deadlifting an extra 10-15 pounds per week. At the end of the block, I surpassed my goal. The muscular gains are incredible with his program (even when your diet isn’t 100%). The key is to commit to going every week in order to reap the benefits of his program/workout style.
I felt really comfortable. Tyler made the session fun. Though there was another person there, he definitely individualized the program. I could feel the affects on my muscles. I can see that these sessions will be well worthwhile.
Awesome session as usual! Tyler always makes sure our technique is on point to get the most out of the specific exercise and prevent injury. Groups are always fun, competitive and we have a good time too!
Love the small groups. Always makes me happy to be there. Nothing ever seems like too much but I'm always pushed to my limit by the end of the workout.

Sunset Strength is the perfect small gym atmosphere with an even better coach! Tyler really knows his stuff when it comes to lifting heavy. He helped me dial in my form and positioning, which made a huge difference in my training. The workouts are challenging, but the vibe is super supportive. If you’re serious about getting stronger, this is definitely a place to check out!
Tyler is amazing! My strength and form has improved a lot in just 6 weeks of training. I love that each student gets personal attention, that is so hard to get in large group classes. I highly recommend Tyler at Sunset Strength and Conditioning!
Tyler is an amazing coach and he has built a wonderful community at his gym. The environment cannot be compared to other commercial gyms because he meets you at the level you are at and helps build confidence in each individual to reach goals that you may not even think were possible. Everyone is extremely encouraging which helps motivate me to push my limits. I’ve been working with Tyler for 2 months now and have noticed a huge difference in energy level and I feel so much stronger.
