Stephanie had the most knowledge and really does an amazing job warming us up and practicing the movements before we get into the wod! She makes it fun, educational, and always a challenge!

I just finished an engine class with Braden and it was fantastic. He took the time to personally instruct me on my form and gave great recommendations on weight selection throughout the workout. He’s a highly motivating instructor who truly cares about your progress—I’ll definitely be back!

Justin is an awesome coach! I love how attentive and knowledgeable he is! He is always paying attention to how you move and helping you improve. I feel like I always learn something and he pays attention to my improvements week by week. I enjoy my Thursdays (maybe now tuesdays) with Justin!

Carly is a great coach encouraging each individual to push themselves to become better athletes mentally and physically. She's your hype girl! This gym has athletes of all levels and a great group of people to be around. I encourage everyone to give it a shot at least once, you won't be disappointed.

Aaron’s coaching was great. He explained the exercises clearly and in a timely manner. He was up beat and positive. Which was nice considering it was 0530 and I had no energy at the start.

Good warmup that was specific to the workout as opposed to the regular routine. Cues were good in terms of breaking down the movements. She was paying attention and actively coaching and was able to offer tips.

Class was enjoyable and productive! Becca was very sweet and helpful; she gave gentle and helpful instructions to a beginner. My goal was to get an idea of class and not hold anyone up, or embarrass myself. 😊 Becca was really helpful in proving suggestions and advice.

What a fun day at Crossfit this morning!! My 13 yr old grandson and I look forward to Crossfit Sugar Creek workouts 3 times a week. Today was a PR day. My grandson is young and just learning what his body is capable of. Once he reached what he thought was his max for the day Coach Robbie focused in for the win. They were able to work together to safely add weight, increase confidence and safely get to an unexpected max PR. He left the Box with a super adrenaline high from a PR and a community round of 13 burpees where everyone celebrated his success and his birthday 🎂!!
Stephanie was great to work with. This was my first CrossFit class and she made sure that I was aware of exactly what to do for each exercise. She also was in tune with some issues I have with my shoulders and knees and worked with me to make sure I did the exercises in ways that were conducive to what my body allows. All in all, great to work with her.

Becca is THAT gorl. She will have more energy while simultaneously coaching and doing the workout than I have ever had in my life and she won’t run out of breath while hyping you up and running. Doesn’t hurt that she’s super cute too 😜

Robbie joined the class today and did the WOD with us. He was encouraging and upbeat, as usual. His enthusiasm a carried through from the moment he greeted me when I walked into the gym right up until the fist bump after finishing the workout.
