Coach Taylor is a movement specialist. Her cues are very helpful. She does not hesitate to cue mid-wod, even if it means stopping the athlete momentarily, which I appreciate. The warm-up was simple, but effective. Great class!

Robbie was amazing! Very encouraging, understanding, and helpful! Made me feel right at home in his gym. kept me on track during the class so I didn’t get lost lol and did it all with a smile! Everyone at the gym was very friendly and welcoming! And the best part is I had fun!

Robbie always brings infectious energy and enthusiasm to every class. Always needed and appreciated at 8:30 am to motivate you for cardio! Also an encouraging coach that pushes you past what you think you can do. My goal with attending engine class is to really push and improve my endurance and cardio abilities. I enjoy the variety of anaerobic and aerobic endurance training from engine class.

Robbie joined the class today and did the WOD with us. He was encouraging and upbeat, as usual. His enthusiasm a carried through from the moment he greeted me when I walked into the gym right up until the fist bump after finishing the workout.

Robbie coaches the class with a lot of enthusiasm. He makes sure everyone gets a proper warm up and stretches before the work begins. He makes sure everyone understands how the workout is done and makes sure everyone understands the standards for the movement. Robbie even jumped in and participated in the workout with the class.

Taylor is always extremely encouraging! She always has a positive attitude and helps me a lot. I got double unders finally after two years thanks to the help from many coaches including Taylor. The best part was she was excited for me and it made it even more worth it. She is great!

Great! I got to round 2 and wanted to quit but she pushed me to keep going and gave lots of helpful wall ball techniques along the way to help me finish the workout! It was a brutal but fun workout. Great atmosphere and great coaching.
