Class was good today! Felt great to be back in a morning class with Tina and the morning crew. I was worried about losing some progress and strength after being out sick for a while. Tina was mindful about my recovery. She taught me that I don't have to push myself to do the same amount of weights I was doing before I was sick. She also checked in on how my breathing was and kept me engaged in my work out. Thanks Tina!

This was my first time training with Rocco at Stoked Athletics and it was awesome. Tina is the best coach! She always knows exactly how to push me just the right amount — sometimes by “accidentally” sneaking extra weight on the bar when I’m not paying attention 😅. She’s super patient too, especially when I start randomly loading barbell collars instead of the Viking landline handle without thinking 😂 (sorry, Tina!). Every session is challenging, motivating, and full of laughs. I’ve gotten so much stronger thanks to her. Highly recommend training with Tina if you want results and a fun time!

It’s always a treat when Mike is my coach. I feel comfortable and safe during my program. Sometimes one of my previous injuries can interfere with a specific exercise and Mike to the rescue to modify it for me! The man is a born teacher and can differentiate an exercise quickly and I appreciate that. 💪🏼

I met with Mike on Friday morning & right away was so at ease. We discussed a lot & he mentioned the Stoked Sweat class on Saturday @ 9 he coaches. So I thought ok why not go & check it out. Let me tell you it was awesome!! Sure the movements were great & got my sweat on but what I noticed more so was the “community” feel this gym has. You didn’t just go in & workout (yawn) - nope not here…you were WELCOMED in to join a workout - to join a team!! BIG DIFFERENCE! Very very happy to feel that!!! Can’t wait until next workout!!

I was on my last set the other day, staring down a weight that probably wasn't a good idea, when I heard Tina's voice from behind me, sharp and clear: "Don't be dumb and add too much weight!" I turned to thank her for saving me from myself, only to remember it was her day off. You can't put a price on that kind of coaching.

Didn’t know how a mobility class would be or even what was involved but definitely was worth the chance to try, felt pretty good afterwards and it’s probably great after a workout. Everyone should give it a chance.

I had a great workouts with Tina this morning. It's very helpful that anytime my form is wrong she corrects it and also shows me what I'm doing wrong. She'll push you to get to your PRS even if you don't think your able to add the weight shell make it happen lol! Tina is a wonderful trainer. She is very knowledgeable and pushes you do better.
Gabby was friendly and energetic. When I entered she introduced herself and was expecting me. She explained and showed me my workouts. She corrected my form when it was needed. She challenged me to go from a 12lbs dumbbell to a 15lbs. Although I thought there was no way I would be able to lift it, with her encouraged surprisingly I did. In the kettlebell deadlift I started with 45lbs she reduced it to 30lbs and as a result, my form improved and my legs did the work not my lower back. Great observation. I had a good work out with Gabby. It was challenging. I left the gym renewed and feeling great.

Tina not only did great today but does great every session. Tina is always keeping a sharp eye on form and encouraging to push at the right times. She knows when to push you and when to back off or modify an exercise to keep you progressing without getting hurt. After 44 sessions at stoked I can say it makes a huge difference in how I feel and it has helped me to achieve a bucket list goal of completing the NYC marathon !!

I returned to Stocked today after months of physical therapy for a shoulder injury. During my absence Tina sent texts checking in. Today she worked with me to adjust my program helping to ensure I was getting the most from my workout without aggravating my shoulder! At 63 bouncing back from injury is a slow process. Rob is the best for Saturday mornings! His calm presence and eagerness to help you perfect your form makes you want to push harder after a long work week. His programs, in the wise words of the kids today, are fire. My strength has increased everywhere. I am also not scared to push myself with his programs because they are so well planned out.
Very helpful at explaining each exercise and giving modifications. Went so far as to help set up equipment to save on time.
This session was my first one back after more than a few months, and being back was great! Tina was so welcoming and helpful, it’s great to be back!

Gabby was helpful correcting my new workouts at the gym today. She, always is! And, per usual, she pushed me to make my moves more impactful so I get more out of my workouts.

Gabriela was super supportive today. When I told her I was uncomfortable with a specific set of exercise programmed for me. she didn’t look at me judgmentally she didn’t question why all she did was figure out another exercise that target targeted that group of muscles and encouraged me to complete my sets. I really enjoyed her positivity, despite it not sounding like I did, lol. I normally never work with female trainers because I found them to be harsh critics and overly judgmental. I must admit, when I first met her I thought she was going to be just like other female trainers that I’ve had in the past, but I was wrong to judge this book by its cover. She was great, and I’m excited to continue my workouts.
Love her enthusiasm and patience with my lack of knowing what to do due to being new. She’s great! I do need to be pushed and encouraged to go beyond my comfort zone so, thank you.

Rob was great, he recognized that I was new and made it a point to to guide me through the work outs and equipment and anticipate my next workout. I felt comfortable enough to navigate the gym but also ask for guidance when needed.

Tina was great as always. I dragged myself in on a rainy Monday and she was motivating and helpful. She assisted me with my form and pushed me to push myself on the sled. It turned out to be a great and fun session.
Kristie watched me and challenged me to move differently which made the exercise more challenging. She also suggested I increase my weights in different areas which I didn’t think I could do. but in the end, I was able to use more weight during some exercises. I appreciate that very much as I am there to get stronger and improve and I don’t know that I should be doing that on my own so without her help I wouldn’t be Increasing my weights.

Had day 1 of a new plan with Tina today. She helped me through all the new workouts and worked with me on finding alternatives for split squats (knee was aggravated).
