Rob was very welcoming when I entered the gym. He eagerly reviewed my workout and explained all the exercises thoroughly and without hesitation. Throughout my workout, he corrected me quickly so my exercise was productive. Rob also challenged me with more weights because he knew I could handle it and it would benefit me as well. Rob also gave plenty of positive reinforcement which helped keep my motivation too. I enjoyed my time with Rob and felt good and confident once i left the gym. He's an excellent coach!

Today was my second stoked class and I loved it! The exercises are a full body plus cardio workout in 45 minutes. What’s great is that there is a variety of skill levels in the class and Mike can instantly taylor any exercise that fits with your current level. You don’t ever feel like you can’t keep up with everyone else. All the members are so encouraging and fun to work out with too!

Gabriela was super supportive today. When I told her I was uncomfortable with a specific set of exercise programmed for me. she didn’t look at me judgmentally she didn’t question why all she did was figure out another exercise that target targeted that group of muscles and encouraged me to complete my sets. I really enjoyed her positivity, despite it not sounding like I did, lol. I normally never work with female trainers because I found them to be harsh critics and overly judgmental. I must admit, when I first met her I thought she was going to be just like other female trainers that I’ve had in the past, but I was wrong to judge this book by its cover. She was great, and I’m excited to continue my workouts.

She also suggested I increase my weights in different areas which I didn’t think I could do. but in the end, I was able to use more weight during some exercises. Had day 1 of a new plan with Tina today. She helped me through all the new workouts and worked with me on finding alternatives for split squats (knee was aggravated). Felt confident in my movements and am grateful to work with people who have knowledge of my plan and continue to push and support me.
