If you want to be strong work out with Jalese. If you are just getting back into shape work out with Jalese! She can adapt and accommodate to anyone, any age. She greets you with a smile at 6 am. I go five days a week. I wouldn’t miss it!
Jalese did a great job of explaining new concepts of the workout and techniques to me. She gave me good feedback on how to adjust my body so I could properly train specific muscles. I really appreciated the stretching tips at the end of the session too.
Jalese is hands down the most professional, down to earth and genuine coach that truly cares i have ever worked with. Her team is knowledgeable and always make classes enjoyable while we are getting smoked. Definitely recommend her skills set to everyone.

Jalese is extremely knowledgeable about lifting and fitness in general. What I appreciate the most is how skilled she is at adjusting any workout to match my personal abilities. She breaks down each step of the movements, demonstrates everything very clearly and consisely, is highly motivating and encouraging, and seems to have endless patience. Thus making what my brain says is impossible, completely possible!!
My session with Jalese was great! She's got great energy and makes a point to pay attention to everyone she's coaching. I'll definitely be coming back to her classes.
I joined Steel Mill Total Wellness gym over two years ago for my New Year’s Resolution to become more healthy, fit and toned. It was difficult at first and I wanted to quit when I felt overwhelmed but I pushed through and became more consistent. I admit I was intimidated initially because I didn’t know how to lift properly and everyone else seemed more skilled than me but coaches Jalese Callaway, William Davis and Michael Curren Brown taught me how to train and build my confidence at completing WODs (workout of the day) with skill and ease through group personal training. I’m thankful for their help, support, encouragement, patience and expertise. Both my form and technique have improved and I’ve gotten stronger and healthier. Although I scale down most of the WODs, I’m working towards becoming an RX athlete. My nutrition habits have also improved as my coaches have taught me how to eat clean and healthy. I’ve met some great friends and workout partners at the gym who have also provided me with accountability, support and encouragement. If you’re looking for an awesome gym where fitness meets family, then I highly recommend Steel Mill Total Wellness!

Absolutely fantastic gym! After my first workout I was so exhausted, I knew I had to come back for more and push past the barriers i placed on my body. I feel the weakness leaving my body, and Jalese is extremely encouraging in pushing me to my limits, while also assessing to make sure I’m not over doing it! She’s extremely helpful in correcting my form, and I always know I’m going to be one step closer to my goals after I leave her class!

Very pointed coaching. Doesn’t fluff, is straight to the point, explains everything effectively and thoroughly: the why behind the moment, what to do, what not to do, how to make cycles more efficient, scaling movements and breaking down pacing. Has a niche knack for knowing exactly when to offer encouragement and criticism. Michael’s WODs are exemplar and he’s committed to getting everyone to preform their best
I had a productive workout today, with excellent instruction that allowed me to improve my techniques and learn a new skill. Additionally, I had the opportunity to train with a great group, which enhanced the overall experience.
